✓ on record ~ partly or unclear ✗ missing or against you ? not checked
WinSpirit suits a particular kind of player: someone who wants a very large pokies lobby, an account that runs in NZD, and the freedom to set their own deposit and loss limits, take a 24-hour break, or self-exclude without asking anyone.
The catches matter, though. No company is named anywhere in the WinSpirit terms. The welcome bonus runs at 40x with a 3,000 NZD win cap, and every deposit has to be played through three times before a withdrawal. We read the T&C and the bonus terms in full, checked the licence with the regulator and took screenshots from a New Zealand connection. We did not deposit or play for real money, so nothing below is a play story. A big lobby wrapped in anonymous paperwork is the shape of it. How we score is set out in our review method.
How good is it, really?
Four of our twelve checks passed, which tells most of the story before you read another line. The lobby is large and the self-control settings are clearly documented. What drags WinSpirit down is everything to do with paper: no named operator, a licence the regulator lists without tying it to the site, and a bonus that costs more than it hands you. Nothing here says you cannot play. It says know what you are signing.
Good fit if:
- You want a large lobby of pokies and live tables in one place – 112 providers and 26 live studios.
- You want an NZD account and limits that are mostly written in NZD.
- You want to set your own deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion.
Think twice if:
- You want to know which company holds your money. No company name, number or address is published.
- You want a bonus you can realistically clear. Our NZ$100 test left minus NZ$60.
- You want a firm 24-hour payout promise. The terms allow up to 7 business days.
18+. Spintown.nz earns a commission if you sign up through this link. It does not change any number on this page.
Scoring four out of twelve
The check is twelve yes/no questions, each answered from a document anyone can read: the terms, the bonus terms, the regulator’s registry, the site’s own pages. An unclear answer scores nothing. WinSpirit passes four. New Zealand is not on the restricted countries list, an NZD account is available, the offer card and the bonus terms describe the same deal, and deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion are explained publicly. The eight misses are: no licence seal on the site, no operator named, a dispute clause that lets the casino’s own director pick the mediator, withdrawal fees that may apply by method, no firm 24-hour payout figure, a three-times playthrough on every deposit, a welcome bonus that costs more than it gives, and a 3,000 NZD cap on what you can win from it. Paper
- ?Licence shown as active on the regulator's own siteNo licence seal on the site. The CGA registry (updated 9 Oct 2026) lists OGL/2024/923/0383, the number on the Top offers page, for Complete Technologies N.V. with status Indefinite, but names no website and does not say Active.
- ✗Operator, company number and address published in the termsThe T&C name only "Winspirit, licensed online casino": no company name, number or address; neither do the Privacy, Payment, KYC or AML pages.
- ✓New Zealand is not on the restricted countries listNew Zealand is not on the restricted list in the T&C preamble (Australia is, if physically present); the site has an en-NZ version with NZD.
- ✗No one-sided rules on wording or the final say in disputesT&C 19.3 let the casino's director nominate the mediator in a dispute; the Refund Policy (3, 6) lets the casino refuse a refund without reasons or appeal. The language clause (English prevails) is neutral.
Money
- ✓NZD account availableNZD is listed in T&C 7.1.2 and the FAQ; deposits, bonuses and weekly and monthly caps are in NZD.
- ✗No casino fees on deposits or withdrawalsNo fee on deposits (T&C 7.4), but T&C 7.6.6 say a withdrawal may carry a fee depending on the method, 7.6.17 mention commission percentages, and 7.7.1 deduct a withdrawal fee on account closure.
- ✗Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (published figure)T&C 7.6.2 say 30 minutes to 24 hours in most cases and up to 72 hours in exceptional cases, while 7.6.9 allow up to 7 business days - no firm 24-hour figure.
- ✗No rule to wager your own deposit before cashing outT&C 7.6.18: each deposit has to be wagered three times before withdrawal.
Bonus
- ✗Welcome bonus does not cost more than it gives (NZ$100 test)-NZ$60 left of a NZ$100 bonus after wagering.
- ✗No cash-out cap on winnings from the welcome bonusThe welcome bonus has a 3,000 NZD win limit (bonus terms, First deposit bonus 5; offer card), and T&C 8.3 allow a 2,000 USD limit once a bonus is accepted.
- ✓Offer card and bonus terms describe the same offerThe offer card, the bonus terms, the Top offers page and the home page agree: 100% up to 300 NZD + 100 spins from 30 NZD at x40, win limit 3,000 NZD. The separate 2,000 USD limit in T&C 8.3 is a general rule, listed under the cap.
Protection
- ✓Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion explained publiclyThe Responsible Gaming page and T&C 6 explain deposit and loss limits, a 24-hour cooling-off and self-exclusion from 1 day to indefinite.
One point for each question the published documents answer in the player's favour. Unclear answers score nothing until the casino clarifies them in writing.
What the welcome bonus is actually worth
Run the WinSpirit first-deposit offer on a NZ$100 deposit: 100% up to 300 NZD plus 100 free spins, available from 30 NZD. The wagering is 40x the bonus, so NZ$100 of bonus carries NZ$4,000 of required bets. Pokies return about 96% on average, which makes every NZ$1 wagered cost about 4 cents. That is roughly NZ$160 spent to release a NZ$100 bonus – a value of minus NZ$60. You have 7 days to do it, about 571 NZ$1 spins a day.
There is more fine print doing work. Your own deposit is played first, and anything it wins while the bonus is running goes to the bonus balance under the bonus rules. The win limit is 3,000 NZD, and spin winnings are capped at 300 NZD. T&C 8.3 also let the casino limit a withdrawal to the equivalent of 2,000 USD once you have accepted a bonus. Bets count towards wagering only up to 7.50 NZD each, but a bigger bet does not void the bonus. The offer card and the bonus terms agree on the headline numbers.
| You deposit | NZ$100 |
|---|---|
| Bonus at 100% | + NZ$100 |
| Wagering: 40x on bonus only | NZ$4,000 to turn over |
| Average cost of that play (96% RTP pokies) | - NZ$160 |
| Bonus value left | -NZ$60 |
Costs much more than it gives (-60% of the bonus survives its own wagering)
- Time on the clock
- 7 days = about 571 spins a day at NZ$1 (tight)
- Biggest bet while wagering
- No forfeiture rule, but bets count towards wagering only up to 7.50 NZD each (bonus terms, General 4 and 15)
- Most you can cash out
- NZ$3,000 - Win limit 3,000 NZD on the offer card and in the bonus terms (First deposit bonus 5), and it stays after wagering (General 19); spin winnings capped at 300 NZD; T&C 8.3 also let the casino limit a withdrawal to the equivalent of 2,000 USD once you have accepted a bonus
- Free spins (not counted above)
- 100 spins, 20 a day for five days, on five named pokies (Gamzix, 1spin4win, NetGame, Platipus, BGaming); each set must be activated within a day; spin value not stated; winnings x40, capped at 300 NZD
How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.
You are paying about NZ$160 in expected losses for a NZ$100 bonus with a 3,000 NZD ceiling and a week to clear it. If you take it, take it for the extra play rather than a profit, and run your own numbers with our wagering calculator first.

The rest of the bonus list, through the same test
Every WinSpirit promotion on the Top offers page got the same NZ$100 treatment: same method, same 4 cents per NZ$1 wagered.
| Offer | Deposit | Bonus | Wagering to clear | Value left | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit bonus (welcome, no code)100% up to 300 NZD + 100 free spins, x40 the bonus, from a 30 NZD deposit, 7 days | NZ$100 | NZ$100 | NZ$4,000 | -NZ$60 | Costs much more than it gives |
| Second deposit bonus (welcome, no code)200% up to 300 NZD, x40 the bonus, from a 60 NZD deposit, 7 days | NZ$100 | NZ$200 | NZ$8,000 | -NZ$100 | Costs a little more than it gives |
| Sunday gift20% up to 75 NZD on a 75-150 NZD Sunday deposit (10% up to 15 NZD from 30 NZD, 30% up to 150 NZD over 150 NZD), x40, after two deposits | NZ$100 | NZ$20 | NZ$800 | -NZ$12 | Costs much more than it gives |
Each offer is put through the same test: NZ$100, or the offer's minimum deposit if that is higher, and an average cost of 4 cents per NZ$1 wagered on pokies.
The 200% second-deposit bonus (up to 300 NZD from 60 NZD) runs the same 40x and fares worse on the test – about NZ$100 gone against a NZ$200 bonus, with 7 days to clear roughly 1,143 NZ$1 spins a day. The Sunday gift is small money: 20% up to 75 NZD at 40x leaves about minus NZ$12 on a NZ$20 bonus. Wednesday spins and the social-media codes run at 40x with 3,000 NZD win caps, and the app gives 20 no-deposit spins at 0.10 NZD each.
The lowest wagering on the site is weekly cashback at 5x, capped at 25 times the cashback. Deposit insurance for VIP levels runs from 20x down to 3x by tier. More on reloads on our reload bonus page.
Paying in and cashing out from New Zealand
At WinSpirit you get an NZD account from 30 NZD, or 35 NZD by crypto. Listed methods include Visa and Mastercard, Inpay bank transfer, MiFinity, Skrill, MuchBetter, eZeeWallet, PayDo, Flexepin and Neosurf, plus a dozen coins. That is a broad spread for an NZD player; more casinos with NZD accounts are on our NZD casinos page.
What you will not find is a public payments page. The footer’s payments menu holds only the Payment Policy, Refund Policy and Anti-Money Laundering Policy, and none of them lists methods, limits or times. So there are no per-method payout times and no fee table to read. The general terms promise 30 minutes to 24 hours in most cases, up to 72 hours in exceptional cases, and 7 business days at the outside, then 1 hour to 3-5 banking days for a bank payout or 1 to 24 hours to an e-wallet.
The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of 50 USD, and no NZD figure is published. Weekly payouts are capped at 3,000 NZD and monthly at 50,000 NZD, with the weekly amount raisable by activity and status. A fee may apply depending on the method. Every deposit must still be played three times before it can leave. If speed matters, compare our fast payout casinos.

WinSpirit has no public payments page: the footer's Payments menu holds only the Payment Policy, Refund Policy and Anti-Money Laundering Policy, and none of them lists methods, limits or times. This table is built only from what public pages show: the payments section of the New Zealand home page (cards, Inpay bank transfer, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Skrill and eight coins from 35 NZD, read 10 and 11 Oct 2026), the How to deposit page and the footer payment logos (11 Oct 2026) and the FAQ (10 Oct 2026: 30 NZD minimum and 10,000 NZD maximum deposit, no casino fee on deposits, withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with). Payout times are the general T&C 7.6.2 figures, not per method. The FAQ list also names Interac, a Canadian method, and CashtoCode, which are left out.

Where the limits bite
The weekly 3,000 NZD and monthly 50,000 NZD caps are written in NZD. The minimum is not: 50 USD equivalent. No exception is stated for progressive jackpots, and a withdrawal fee is deducted if you close an account with money still in it.
- Smallest withdrawal
- The equivalent of 50 USD (T&C 7.6.3); no NZD figure is published
- Processing
- 30 minutes to 24 hours in most cases, up to 72 hours in exceptional cases (T&C 7.6.2), 7 business days at most (7.6.9); then 1 hour to 3-5 banking days to a bank account or 1 to 24 hours to an e-wallet
- Per week
- 3,000 NZD (T&C 7.6.14)
- Per month
- 50,000 NZD (T&C 7.6.5)
- VIP ceiling
- The weekly amount can be raised based on your activity and status (T&C 7.6.14); the VIP Club page promises daily and monthly payout plans and priority handling, with no figures
- Progressive jackpots
- Not mentioned; no exception from the caps is stated
- Before any withdrawal
- Each deposit wagered three times, or the casino may refuse the withdrawal (T&C 7.6.18); funds deposited and withdrawn without wagering can be blocked until further notice (7.6.17)
- Withdrawal fees
- May apply depending on the payment method (T&C 7.6.6, 7.6.17); a withdrawal fee is deducted when you close an account with money in it (7.7.1, 12.18)
- After accepting a bonus
- The casino may limit a withdrawal to the equivalent of 2,000 USD (T&C 8.3); deposit bonus winnings are capped at 3,000 NZD by the offers themselves
- No-deposit bonus winnings
- 75 NZD (bonus terms, General 19); T&C 8.3 say 50 USD unless the promotion states otherwise
- ID checks
- No withdrawal before verification, which takes 2 to 24 hours (T&C 18.2, FAQ); documents for large withdrawals are reviewed in 1 to 3 days (7.6.5); documents not sent within one calendar month can cost you the balance (12.15)

Who runs it, and who is watching
The WinSpirit terms name no company, no company number and no address – only “Winspirit, licensed online casino”. The licence number OGL/2024/923/0383 appears in the text of the Top offers page and nowhere else on the site. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own registry lists that number for Complete Technologies N.V., status Indefinite, but names no website, so it does not tie the company to this site. In a dispute, support comes first, then good-faith talks within 14 working days, then mediation – with the mediator nominated by the casino’s own director. Miss a request for ID documents by a month and the balance can be kept. Accounts idle for six months cost 10 USD a month. Our gambling law explainer sets out what an offshore licence means in plain words.

Checked 11 Oct 2026: the casino's footer has no clickable licence seal: its trust strip shows an unlinked icon, 18+, SSL and GDPR icons and links to Casino Guru Academy, Gambling Therapy, the Digital Wellness Center and an eCOGRA payout report, so there was no certificate to follow. The T&C name no company or licence, only "Winspirit, licensed online casino". The only licence number on the site is in the text of the Top offers page: "Operating under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/923/0383". We then opened the License register page on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's own website (cga.cw) and its Online Gaming License Registry (PDF, last updated 9 Oct 2026). Entry 339 lists licence OGL/2024/923/0383 for Complete Technologies N.V., company type B2C, registration number 133283, issued 24-Mar-26, expires N/A, status Indefinite. The registry names no website, so it does not tie the licence or the company to WinSpirit or winspirit1.online, and the regulator says these overviews do not guarantee that a licence is currently valid.

Limits and breaks you can set yourself
The public WinSpirit Responsible Gaming page covers deposit and loss limits set per day, week or month in the Limits tab of your Profile. A decrease applies immediately; an increase or cancellation waits 24 hours. There is a 24-hour cooling-off from the Profile or through chat, and you can still log in and withdraw during it. After that comes self-exclusion, from 1 day to 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months or indefinite, though the casino may unblock an account early in exceptional cases. Session reminders are not mentioned anywhere. The help services listed are international only, with no New Zealand service named.

Clauses worth reading twice
Some lines in the WinSpirit terms matter more than the rest.
Nobody is named as the operator. The T&C, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, KYC and AML pages give no company name, number or address. A licence number appears only in the marketing text of the Top offers page, and the regulator's registry links that number to Complete Technologies N.V. without naming any website.
Prior to using our Website (from now on referred to as the "Website"), we kindly ask you to read these Terms and Conditions which define the relationship between You as a player ("User" or "You","Your") and Winspirit, licensed online casino ("Provider", "We","Our", "Us").
T&C preamble, Version 3.0, last updated April 06, 2026; Top offers page and CGA registry, 11 Oct 2026Winnings from the welcome bonus are capped at 3,000 NZD, and the cap stays after you finish the wagering. Free spin winnings are capped at 300 NZD.
5. The maximum win that can be paid resulting from the first deposit bonus is 3 000 NZD
Bonus Terms and Conditions, First deposit bonus 5 (also General 19 and the offer card), read 11 Oct 2026Your own deposit is played first, and anything it wins while a bonus is running goes to the bonus balance, under the bonus rules. Take your deposit out before the 40x is done and the bonus and its winnings are void.
6. Bonus wagering begins with the use of real money funds. Any winnings obtained during bonus wagering using real money funds are credited to the bonus balance.
Bonus Terms and Conditions, General 6 and 10, read 11 Oct 2026The T&C add a second, lower limit: once you have accepted a bonus, the casino may cut a withdrawal to the equivalent of 2,000 USD, below the 3,000 NZD the offer card shows.
If you have accepted bonuses from the Provider or received winnings of more than equivalent to 2 000 USD, we have the right to limit such a withdrawal request to a maximum of equivalent to 2 000 USD.
T&C 8.3, Version 3.0, last updated April 06, 2026Every deposit has to be played through three times before you can withdraw it, bonus or not.
7.6.18. Any deposit must be placed 3 times (the User must wager three times the amount of its deposit) before a withdrawal related to that deposit becomes available.
T&C 7.6.18, Version 3.0, last updated April 06, 2026Withdrawals are not promised free. The same clause says the casino keeps no commission for itself, but a fee can apply depending on the method, and the amounts are not published.
7.6.6. Depending on the payment method, withdrawal may be accompanied by a fee.
T&C 7.6.6 (also 7.6.17 and 7.7.1), Version 3.0, last updated April 06, 2026If talks with support fail, a dispute goes to mediation, but the mediator is picked by the casino's own director unless both sides agree otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, within fourteen (14) working days of the aforementioned agreement to enter into mediation, the mediator will be nominated by the director of the Provider.
T&C 19.3, Version 3.0, last updated April 06, 2026Miss a request for ID documents by a month and the casino can keep your balance and close the account.

What we could not check
A review should say where the evidence stops. We did not deposit or withdraw, so every payout time on this page is the casino’s published figure rather than our own stopwatch. There are gaps we could not close from outside the account.
- We did not deposit or withdraw real money at WinSpirit. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
- We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
- Who runs WinSpirit. No public document names a company, company number or address. The licence number OGL/2024/923/0383 appears only in the Top offers page text; the Curaçao Gaming Authority's registry lists it for Complete Technologies N.V. with status Indefinite but names no website, so we could not confirm that this company runs winspirit1.online.
- There is no public payments page. Which methods pay out to New Zealand, the minimums, times and fees per method are not published; the minimum withdrawal is given only as the equivalent of 50 USD.
- Whether the 3,000 NZD win limit also covers what your own deposit wins during wagering (bonus terms, General 6 move it to the bonus balance), and whether the casino applies the 2,000 USD limit of T&C 8.3 to a welcome bonus withdrawal. Ask live chat before a large deposit and keep the answer.
- The value of each of the 100 welcome free spins is not stated.
- Which games count, and how much: the bonus terms say table games, video poker and roulette do not count (5% for some live games), T&C 8.2.1 say 5% for roulette, poker, blackjack and live dealers. The bonus terms cap a counting bet at 7.50 NZD, T&C 8.2.9 at 20% of the bonus. The lobby banner calls the package a welcome bonus on Slots & Live.
- The affiliate link landed on winspirit1.online; the eCOGRA payout report linked in the footer is for winspirit.com. We did not check winspirit.com separately.
- The Telegram bonus page gives no wagering figure.
- Support response times and how long ID checks take in practice.
Questions we get asked
Is WinSpirit licensed, and who runs it?
There is a Curaçao licence number, OGL/2024/923/0383, printed in the Top offers page text, and the regulator’s registry lists it for Complete Technologies N.V. with status Indefinite. The registry names no website, so nothing publicly ties the licence to this site. The terms do not name an operator at all.
Can I play at WinSpirit in NZ dollars?
Yes. The terms offer an NZD account, the minimum deposit is 30 NZD by card or e-wallet and 35 NZD by crypto, and most limits are written in NZD. Some rules are written only in USD, including the 50 USD minimum withdrawal and the 2,000 USD bonus withdrawal limit.
How fast are WinSpirit withdrawals?
The published figures are 30 minutes to 24 hours in most cases, up to 72 hours in exceptional ones, and 7 business days at most. A bank payout then adds 1 hour to 3-5 banking days, while e-wallets take 1 to 24 hours. No per-method times are published, and we did not test them.
Is the WinSpirit welcome bonus worth taking?
On a NZ$100 deposit it is worth about minus NZ$60 by our test, because 40x wagering means NZ$4,000 of bets costing roughly NZ$160 to release a NZ$100 bonus. It also carries a 3,000 NZD win cap and a 7-day clock. Take it only if you were going to play that much anyway.
