✓ on record ~ partly or unclear ✗ missing or against you ? not checked
SpinCity runs a casino and a sportsbook in one account, with its offers priced in NZ$. Through our link it sells a 550% welcome pack spread across your first four deposits.
The catches are in the general bonus rules, a 10% fee attached to deposits that have not been played through twice, and a paper trail that names two different companies. So here is the honest frame: we read the T&C in full, checked the licence with the regulator and took screenshots from a New Zealand connection. We did not deposit, play or withdraw.
What we make of it
SpinCity scored 5 out of 12 on our check, and the questions it failed are the ones that touch your money. The bonus maths on a NZ$100 deposit comes out negative, and the operator picture needs a second look before you send anyone your ID.
Good fit if:
- You want one login for pokies, live tables, instant games, bingo and sports.
- You will actually use the deposit limits and time-outs the site explains in public.
- You are comfortable with an Anjouan licence and no published payments page.
Think twice if:
- You expect to cash out a deposit before playing it through twice.
- You want one named company behind the brand and one licence covering every domain you land on.
- You want a welcome bonus that does not cost more than it pays on a NZ$100 deposit.
18+. Spintown.nz earns a commission if you sign up through this link. It does not change any number on this page.
Five out of twelve on our check
The check is deliberately simple. Twelve yes-or-no questions, each answered from published documents – the terms, the policies, the regulator’s own register – and anything unclear scores nothing. The method is set out in how we review online casinos. SpinCity picked up five: it names the operator, company number and address in the terms; New Zealand is not on the restricted list; no clause hands the site the final say in a dispute; an NZD account is available; and deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion are explained in public. The seven it missed: a licence that does not cover every mirror our link opens, fees, the 48-hour pending window, the 2x turnover on your own deposit, a welcome bonus that costs more than it pays, the cap on bonus winnings, and an offer described three different ways.
Paper
- ?Licence shown as active on the regulator's own siteThe Anjouan validator opened from the 1spin-city.bet footer seal shows licence ALSI-202507003-FI1 for Ascenda International SRL as VALID, and the public register lists it as Valid until 5 Jul 2027 for spin-city.bet only. Our link rotates numbered mirrors, and the same seal on 6spin-city.bet returned "Operating status: INVALID" (11 Oct 2026). A licence that covers some of the sites our link opens and not others earns no point.
- ✓Operator, company number and address published in the termsT&C section 1: ASCENDA INTERNATIONAL SRL, Costa Rica, company registration number 3-102-929906, LY Center, Los Yoses, San Jose. The site footer names a different company, Limitex Ltd. of Belize.
- ✓New Zealand is not on the restricted countries listNew Zealand is not on the T&C 4.1.3 list (which names the Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau and Australia) or the KYC Policy list, nor among the territories the Anjouan licence excludes; the landing page's region-block message stayed hidden for a New Zealand visitor (11 Oct 2026).
- ✓No one-sided rules on wording or the final say in disputesNo clause reads translation errors in the casino's favour (T&C 26.5 only says the English text prevails) and none makes its decision final in a dispute; 22.6 allows an independent ADR body where applicable. Other terms are one-sided, such as the 3-day dispute window (22.4) and the 500 EUR liability cap (15.2).
Money
- ✓NZD account availableOffers, tournaments, cashback and FAQ examples are in NZ$; the T&C list no currencies, set limits in EUR and fix the account currency at registration (5.8).
- ✗No casino fees on deposits or withdrawalsT&C 7.2: fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals; 8.2: a 10% fee if a deposit was not wagered twice; 8.8: the payment provider may charge per chunk.
- ✗Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (published figure)T&C 8.7 and the Refund Policy: withdrawals stay pending for 0-48 hours, then can take a few days to arrive depending on the method.
- ✗No rule to wager your own deposit before cashing outT&C 8.2 and 11.7: each deposit must be wagered twice before a fee-free withdrawal; the FAQ repeats it.
Bonus
- ✗Welcome bonus does not cost more than it gives (NZ$100 test)-NZ$100 left of a NZ$200 bonus after wagering.
- ✗No cash-out cap on winnings from the welcome bonusT&C 11.5 caps withdrawals from bonus funds at 200% of the bonus; the welcome cards say nothing either way.
- ✗Offer card and bonus terms describe the same offerThe landing page promises 5000 NZ$ + 500 FS on the first four deposits; the cards give 300 spins with the four deposits plus a no-deposit card that says up to 200 FS on its face and up to 450 inside, scaled to the amount deposited. Without our link's tracking the site shows 375% up to 1,600 NZ$ + 100 FS.
Protection
- ✓Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion explained publiclyThe Responsible Gambling page explains weekly deposit limits, time-outs of 12 hours to 7 days and self-exclusion from 15 days to 3 years; T&C 6.8 adds self-exclusion by email within 24 hours.
One point for each question the published documents answer in the player's favour. Unclear answers score nothing until the casino clarifies them in writing.
What the welcome pack returns on a hundred dollars
The 200% first deposit card at SpinCity states no wagering requirement at all, so the default in T&C 11.4 applies: 40x the bonus unless the offer says otherwise. The FAQ says bonuses usually carry x40 or x45. On a NZ$100 deposit the bonus is NZ$200 and the turnover is NZ$8,000. Pokies return roughly 96%, so every NZ$1 wagered costs about 4 cents, and NZ$8,000 of wagering would cost more than the whole NZ$300 balance, so the expected cost is NZ$300. The bonus is NZ$200. Value left: minus NZ$100.
Two more rules land before any of that. Your deposit has to be wagered twice before you can withdraw without a 10% fee (T&C 8.2), and while a bonus is active your own money is staked first while the winnings from it go to the bonus balance (11.7), where the bonus rules take over. Cash-out from bonus funds is capped at 200% of the bonus (11.5), so NZ$400 on that NZ$200 bonus, and everything above is voided. No time limit is published on the cards or in the terms.
| You deposit | NZ$100 |
|---|---|
| Bonus at 200% | + NZ$200 |
| Wagering: 40x on bonus only | NZ$8,000 to turn over |
| Average cost of that play (96% RTP pokies) | - NZ$300 |
| Bonus value left | -NZ$100 |
Costs a little more than it gives (-50% of the bonus survives its own wagering)
- Biggest bet while wagering
- 5 EUR per spin or 0.50 EUR per bet line, or the currency equivalent (T&C 11.16)
- Most you can cash out
- NZ$400 - T&C 11.5: withdrawals from bonus funds are capped at 200% of the bonus; winnings above that are voided
- Free spins (not counted above)
- 100 free spins with the first deposit; game and spin value not stated; unused free spins expire after 7 days unless stated otherwise, and spins paid over several days lapse each day (T&C 11.8, 11.9)
How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.
The card and the rules differ. The card promises 200% up to NZ$1,100 plus 100 free spins; the terms add 40x wagering, a 2x pass on your own deposit and a cap at twice the bonus. Before you deposit, ask live chat for the wagering figure, the minimum deposit and any deadline, and keep the answer somewhere safe. Run the numbers yourself with our wagering calculator first.

The other offers under the same test
The next three SpinCity cards carry the same terms.
| Offer | Deposit | Bonus | Wagering to clear | Value left | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome pack, 1st deposit (as shown through our link)200% up to NZ$1,100 + 100 free spins; no wagering on the card, so the T&C default of 40x the bonus applies | NZ$100 | NZ$200 | NZ$8,000 | -NZ$100 | Costs a little more than it gives |
| Welcome pack, 2nd deposit150% up to NZ$1,200 + 50 free spins; no wagering on the card, so the T&C default of 40x the bonus applies | NZ$100 | NZ$150 | NZ$6,000 | -NZ$90 | Costs much more than it gives |
| Welcome pack, 3rd deposit100% up to NZ$1,300 + 75 free spins; no wagering on the card, so the T&C default of 40x the bonus applies | NZ$100 | NZ$100 | NZ$4,000 | -NZ$60 | Costs much more than it gives |
| Welcome pack, 4th deposit100% up to NZ$1,400 + 75 free spins; no wagering on the card, so the T&C default of 40x the bonus applies | NZ$100 | NZ$100 | NZ$4,000 | -NZ$60 | Costs much more than it gives |
Each offer is put through the same test: NZ$100, or the offer's minimum deposit if that is higher, and an average cost of 4 cents per NZ$1 wagered on pokies.
Deposit two is 150% up to NZ$1,200 plus 50 spins: a NZ$150 bonus against NZ$6,000 of turnover, roughly NZ$240 of expected cost, minus NZ$90. Deposits three and four are 100% up to NZ$1,300 and NZ$1,400 with 75 spins each: NZ$100 bonus, NZ$4,000 turnover, about NZ$160 cost, minus NZ$60 both times. Same 40x default, same 200% cash-out cap. Later reloads work the same way; see our reload bonus page.
Then there is the no-deposit card. Its face says up to 200 free spins; its details promise up to 450, but only for four deposits inside 48 hours of registration, scaled to the total deposited, and the scale is not published. Winnings from no-deposit spins are capped at 50 EUR, and one successful deposit is needed before you can withdraw them (11.10). The weekly 5% cashback: it pays only when your week’s bets beat your week’s wins, credited on Fridays between 6:00 and 9:00 UTC, with nothing under NZ$10 paid. A boosted version exists for players who deposit 40 NZ$ in the week with 15x wagering, but the page gives its rate as both 5% and 6%.

Paying in and cashing out from New Zealand
There is no public payments page to read. The payment policy address returned Page Not Found, and About us says the methods depend on your country and are listed in the Cashier once you are logged in. What SpinCity lets a New Zealand visitor see is the footer: Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Binance Pay and Paysafecard. Minimums, payout times and fees per method are not published at all, so if you plan on an e-wallet such as Neteller, ask support for the figures before you deposit.
Once you ask SpinCity for a payout, it sits pending for 0-48 hours, then gets processed daily including weekends and bank holidays, with arrival taking a few more days depending on the method (T&C 8.7). The usual minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR or the equivalent per transaction (8.1). Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals (7.2), and the casino may take 10% of a withdrawal if the deposit behind it was not wagered twice (8.2, 11.7). A payout can also be split into chunks, with the payment provider charging per chunk (8.8). Every limit and fee in the terms is written in EUR or the currency equivalent, with no exchange rate named.

There is no public payments page: /en-nz/payment-policy returned Page Not Found on 11 Oct 2026, and About us says the methods depend on your country and can be checked in the Cashier while logged in. These rows are only the payment logos in the site footer for a New Zealand visitor (11 Oct 2026); minimums, payout times and fees per method are not published. T&C 8.1 put the usual minimum withdrawal at 20 EUR or the equivalent, depending on the method, and 8.4 send withdrawals back to the method used to deposit.

The limits on the way out
Even an approved SpinCity payout can be trimmed by the caps. The weekly withdrawal limit is 5,000 EUR or the equivalent, and the monthly limit is 15,000 EUR (8.10). Once your winnings pass five times your deposits, only 5,000 EUR can leave within 30 days (8.11). No higher limits are published for VIP players; the VIP Club page shows status levels and says nothing about withdrawal ceilings. Wins of 50,000 EUR or more may be paid in ten monthly instalments of 10% (8.9), and no exception is stated for progressive jackpots.

Two companies, one footer
The SpinCity terms, KYC policy and AML policy name Ascenda International SRL, company number 3-102-929906, at LY Center in San Jose, Costa Rica, running the site under an Anjouan licence. The regulator agrees: licence ALSI-202507003-FI1, granted 6 Jul 2025, status VALID, with spin-city.bet on the certificate, and the public register listing it as Valid until 5 Jul 2027 for that domain only. But every page footer names Limitex Ltd. in Belize under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, and the terms never print the Anjouan licence number. Our link rotates mirrors – 1spin-, 2spin-, 5spin-, 6spin-, 7spin- and 9spin-city.bet all appeared – and while the seal on 1spin-city.bet validated, the same seal on 6spin-city.bet led to a regulator page saying that site is not licensed. With an offshore licence, your practical remedy is a complaint to support, answered within 28 days, then management; a dispute about a settled wager is due within 3 days (22.4); governing law is Anjouan (26.6); and no ADR body is named. Our gambling law guide covers the wider picture.

Checked 11 Oct 2026: the T&C name Ascenda International SRL, licensed in Anjouan, but give no licence number. We followed the Anjouan seal in the footer of 1spin-city.bet (the domain our link opened) to the regulator's validation page on verification.anjouangamingboard.org. It names Ascenda International SRL at LY Center, Los Yoses, San Jose, Costa Rica, registered website spin-city.bet, "Operating status: VALID", and licence No. ALSI-202507003-FI1 issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. The seal link carries a time stamp, so we took a fresh one and opened it at once; the page is not built for phones, so we shot it at a wider window in the same New Zealand session. We then searched the regulator's public licence register on anjouangaming.com: it lists Ascenda International SRL, status Valid, type b2c, issued 2025-07-06, expiring 2027-07-05, with spin-city.bet among its domains and none of the numbered mirrors. On another pass the same affiliate link opened 6spin-city.bet, and the same seal there led to a validator page for 6spin-city.bet with "Operating status: INVALID", saying the site is NOT licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. The footer's claim of a Tobique Gaming Commission licence for Limitex Ltd. could not be checked: the site shows no Tobique seal, and the Anjouan register has no entry for Limitex. Limits and breaks you can set
SpinCity’s Responsible Gambling page says what exists. You can set weekly real-money deposit limits yourself; the FAQ says they are changed in the Limits section of your profile and take effect 24 hours after you confirm them. Time-outs run for 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days, with no real-money play, deposits or marketing emails during a break. Self-exclusion runs from 15 days to 3 years, deposits left in the account are refunded, and reopening needs a written request plus a 7-day cooling-off. Nothing is said about loss limits or session limits, session reminders are not mentioned, and the help services listed are Gambling Therapy, GamCare, Gamble Aware and Anonyme Gamblere – the UK, Ireland and Norway, with no New Zealand service named. We did not open an account, so the settings themselves went untested.

Clauses worth reading twice
A handful of clauses do far more work than they look like doing, so we have pulled them out separately.
The site names two different companies. The T&C, KYC and AML policies say Ascenda International SRL of Costa Rica runs the site under an Anjouan licence, but the footer on every page, FAQ and About us included, says Limitex Ltd. of Belize runs it under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. If something goes wrong, it is not clear which company you are dealing with.
spincity.global is owned and operated by Limitex Ltd. (company number: 000047450, date of incorporation 19.03.2025) with its registered address: Sea Urchin Street, San Pedro Town Ambergris Caye, Belize, which is operates under a remote gambling license issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission in compliance with the Gaming Act.
Site footer on every page, including FAQ and About us, 11 Oct 2026Our link sends you to a different numbered mirror almost every time. The licence covers spin-city.bet, and the seal on 1spin-city.bet came back valid, but the same seal on 6spin-city.bet led to a regulator page saying that site is not licensed.
The above Casino or Sportsbook is NOT Licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan, under The Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.
Anjouan validator opened from the 6spin-city.bet footer seal, 11 Oct 2026Every deposit has to be played through twice. Withdraw before that and the casino may keep 10% of the withdrawal.
8.2. .No withdrawal commissions shall apply provided that the deposited funds have been wagered (roll over) at least two (2) times in full. In the cases where the wager requirements has not been met, the Operator reserves the right to impose a withdrawal fee of ten percent (10 %) of the withdrawal amount.
T&C 8.2, last updated 15.04.2026With a bonus active, your own money is bet first, and what it wins goes to the bonus balance. Those winnings then sit under the bonus rules, including the 40x wagering and the cap.
When a player has both active balances, bets are deducted first from the real balance, and any winnings from such bets are credited to the bonus balance (without increasing the wagering amount).
T&C 11.7, last updated 15.04.2026Whatever you win from bonus play, you can cash out at most twice the bonus. On a NZ$200 bonus that is NZ$400; the rest is voided. The welcome cards say nothing either way.
11.5. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus funds is capped at 200% of the bonus amount. Any winnings beyond this limit will not be eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.
T&C 11.5, last updated 15.04.2026A big win relative to what you deposited slows right down: once winnings pass five times your deposits, only 5,000 EUR can come out in 30 days.
8.11. In cases where a Player's total winnings exceed five (5) times the total sum of their deposits, maximum withdrawal limit of 5,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) within a 30-day period.
T&C 8.11, last updated 15.04.2026Only three days to dispute how a bet was settled.
22.4. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honoured after this period.
T&C 22.4, last updated 15.04.2026The no-deposit spins card says up to 200 free spins on its face, but its details promise up to 450, and only for four deposits within 48 hours of sign-up, scaled to the total deposited. Winnings from no-deposit spins are capped at 50 EUR (T&C 11.10).
Deposit four times within 48 hours after registration and unlock up to 450 No-Deposit FS based on your total deposited amount.
No-Deposit Offer card on the promotions page, through our link, 11 Oct 2026Withdrawal requests can wait up to 48 hours before they are processed, and the money can take a few more days to arrive.
8.7. Once a withdrawal is requested, it will remain pending for between 0-48h. All the withdrawals are being processed on a daily basis including weekends and bank holidays.
T&C 8.7, last updated 15.04.2026Breaks and self-exclusion are spelled out on a public page, with time-outs from 12 hours and self-exclusion from 15 days to 3 years.
We offer short 12-hour and 24-hour Time-Out periods as well as 3-day, 7-day time out periods.

What we could not check
We have listed the gaps rather than smoothing them over.
- We did not deposit or withdraw real money at SpinCity. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
- We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
- Which mirror you will land on: our link opened a different numbered domain almost every time (1spin-, 2spin-, 5spin-, 6spin-, 7spin- and 9spin-city.bet). The regulator's validator showed VALID for 1spin-city.bet and INVALID for 6spin-city.bet; we did not check the others, and the public register lists only spin-city.bet.
- Which company runs the site in practice: the T&C name Ascenda International SRL, the footer names Limitex Ltd. with a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. The site shows no Tobique seal, so we could not check that licence with the regulator.
- The wagering, minimum deposit and time limit for each welcome bonus: the cards state none, the T&C default is 40x the bonus (11.4) and the FAQ says usually x40 or x45. Ask live chat before depositing and keep the answer.
- How many no-deposit spins the four-deposit offer really pays: the card says up to 200, its details up to 450, scaled to the total deposited; the scale is not published.
- Payment methods, minimums, payout times and fees per method: there is no public payments page, so only the footer logos were seen.
- The exchange rate used to turn the EUR limits and fees in the T&C into NZ$.
Straight answers to four questions
Who runs SpinCity and is it licensed?
The SpinCity terms name Ascenda International SRL in Costa Rica, and the Anjouan regulator’s validation page shows licence ALSI-202507003-FI1 as VALID for spin-city.bet. The footer on every page, though, names Limitex Ltd. in Belize under a Tobique licence, and no Tobique seal is shown, so that claim could not be checked. Our link opens different mirrors, and the same seal on 6spin-city.bet returned INVALID.
Is the welcome pack worth taking on a hundred dollars?
On our paper test, no. A NZ$100 first deposit earns a NZ$200 bonus against NZ$8,000 of wagering, which costs about NZ$300 at 96% pokies, so the value left is minus NZ$100. The next three deposits come out negative too, and the cap at twice the bonus limits the upside if you do get through.
Can I hold my balance in dollars rather than euros?
Offers, tournaments and FAQ examples are priced in NZ$, and an NZD account is an option (more on that on our NZD casinos page). But the terms list no currencies and set every limit and fee in EUR or the equivalent without naming a rate. Your account currency is fixed at registration and can only be changed through support before your first deposit (5.8), so decide early.
How fast does SpinCity pay out, and are there fees?
SpinCity’s published figures are 0-48 hours pending, then daily processing, then a few days for the money to arrive depending on the method. Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals, no fee list is published, and a 10% fee can apply to a withdrawal if the deposit behind it was not wagered twice. We did not withdraw, so those are the casino’s numbers, not our timings.
