Spin Grande suits a certain kind of player: someone who wants a big three-step welcome package with free spins, and who is not put off by heavy wagering. If the bonus is your main draw, the numbers further down this page matter more than the lobby does.
Two things to know before you read on. Our link lands on the Australian version of the site, and the casino’s Terms and Conditions page was offline for us on 10 and 11 Oct. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own registry also shows the licence as Assessment in progress rather than active. We read the T&C in full from the copy we captured on 28 Sep, read the bonus terms in full, checked the licence with the regulator and took screenshots from a New Zealand connection. We did not deposit or play at Spin Grande, so nothing here is a play diary. The one-line take: generous on the card, expensive in the terms.
Who it suits, and who should keep walking
This is a casino built around a welcome package of up to $1,000 plus 500 free spins, from a $20 minimum deposit. Read the small print and the same package brings 40x wagering counted on your deposit plus the bonus, a $5,000 cash-out cap and a week to clear it. That suits a patient player with a large bankroll and no rush. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants to deposit $50, take a shot and withdraw.
- Good fit if you want a three-step welcome package with spins on top, and you accept 40x on deposit plus bonus.
- Good fit if you use Apple Pay or Google Pay and can meet the $20 minimum deposit.
- Good fit if you treat a bonus as a long grind and can live with a $5,000 cap on what it turns into.
- Think twice if you need to know what currency your account is held in – no public page names NZD.
- Think twice if a licence showing as active on the regulator’s own site matters to you. Spin Grande’s does not.
- Think twice if you want published payout times, or a bank transfer that does not carry a fee.
18+. Spintown.nz earns a commission if you sign up through this link. It does not change any number on this page.
Two out of twelve
Our check asks twelve yes or no questions of the published documents: the T&C, the bonus rules, the promotions pages and the regulator’s registry. Each question answered in the player’s favour scores a point. Anything unclear, contradictory or missing scores nothing – we do not give credit for a rule we had to guess at. Spin Grande scores 2/12. The two points come from New Zealand not appearing on the restricted countries list, and from the offer card and the bonus terms describing the same first deposit deal. Everything else fell down: no licence seal on the site, an operator address that stops at Gebouw, Curaçao with no street or town, dispute clauses where the casino’s own decision is final, no named NZD account, a bank transfer fee of up to $40, no published payout time, a rule forcing you to wager your own deposit in full, a welcome bonus that costs more than it gives, a $5,000 cash-out cap, and a responsible gaming page with deposit limits but no self-exclusion. More on how we score sits in our review method.
Paper
- ✗Licence shown as active on the regulator's own siteNo licence seal on the site. The CGA registry (updated 9 Oct 2026, entry 211) lists OGL/2024/494/0671 for Luckland Group B.V. as expiring 4-Jun-26 with status Assessment in progress, not Active, and names no website.
- ✗Operator, company number and address published in the termsT&C 2 name Luckland Group B.V. and registration number 136509, but its only address is "Gebouw, Curaçao" (Dutch for building), with no street or town. Full addresses are given only for group companies in Cyprus, the British Virgin Islands and the Marshall Islands.
- ✓New Zealand is not on the restricted countries listThe T&C (copy of 28 Sep 2026) have no restricted-country list and no clause excludes New Zealand; the sign-up form shown to us fills in New Zealand. The only country exclusions we saw are Poland and Sweden for Mystery Drops.
- ✗No one-sided rules on wording or the final say in disputesGeneral bonus rules (Casino Discretion): in a dispute all decisions made by Spin Grande are final; T&C 13.2 make refund decisions final with no appeal. There is no translation clause.
Money
- ?NZD account availableNo public page names NZD or any account currency; the Australian site version shown to us prints bare $ amounts and T&C 8.5 say "$20 or currency equivalent". The sign-up form has no currency field.
- ✗No casino fees on deposits or withdrawalsT&C 8.8: a processing fee of up to $40 may apply to bank transfer payouts; the FAQ says withdrawal fees vary by method.
- ?Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (published figure)No processing time is published in the T&C, FAQ or elsewhere; the VIP Club page only promises faster withdrawals from Silver up.
- ✗No rule to wager your own deposit before cashing outT&C 8.10: deposits must be wagered in full before a withdrawal; T&C 6.1 add a weekly 30% balance wagering rule.
Bonus
- ✗Welcome bonus does not cost more than it gives (NZ$100 test)-NZ$100 left of a NZ$100 bonus after wagering.
- ✗No cash-out cap on winnings from the welcome bonusGeneral bonus rules: at most $5,000 from deposit bonuses and free spins can be turned into cash unless stated otherwise; the welcome terms state nothing else.
- ✓Offer card and bonus terms describe the same offerThe Grande Welcome page, its terms panel, the sign-up form (100% Bonus, 250 Free Spins with GRANDE1) and the home banner describe the same package: up to $1,000 and 500 free spins over three deposits at 40x. The general bonus rules add the deposit + bonus base and the $5,000 cap without contradicting it.
Protection
- ✗Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion explained publiclyThe Responsible Gaming page explains deposit limits set through support, but describes no break and no self-exclusion; T&C 11.1 only cover closing an account by email.
One point for each question the published documents answer in the player's favour. Unclear answers score nothing until the casino clarifies them in writing.
What the welcome offer is worth on a hundred dollars
First deposit, code GRANDE1: a 100% match up to $300 plus 250 free spins on Coins of Zeus, from a $20 minimum. The wagering is 40x, counted on your deposit plus the bonus rather than the bonus alone, and you have 7 days to clear it. On our NZ$100 test a $100 bonus means $8,000 in bets.
Pokies return about 96% on average, so each NZ$1 you wager costs roughly 4 cents in the long run. Eight thousand dollars of turnover at that rate would cost more than the whole NZ$200 balance, so the expected loss is the full NZ$200 against a NZ$100 bonus, which leaves the offer around NZ$100 behind. Clearing it inside 7 days works out at about 1,143 spins a day at NZ$1 a spin. There is a $5 maximum bet while a bonus is active, and a $5,000 cap on how much of a deposit bonus and its free spins can become cash. The spins arrive 50 a day for 5 days, and each batch expires after 24 hours, so slow players lose them. The site does not say which dollar these amounts are in.
| You deposit | NZ$100 |
|---|---|
| Bonus at 100% | + NZ$100 |
| Wagering: 40x on deposit + bonus | NZ$8,000 to turn over |
| Average cost of that play (96% RTP pokies) | - NZ$200 |
| Bonus value left | -NZ$100 |
Costs much more than it gives (-100% of the bonus survives its own wagering)
- Time on the clock
- 7 days = about 1,143 spins a day at NZ$1 (tight)
- Biggest bet while wagering
- $5 a bet (general bonus rules; the site does not say which dollar)
- Most you can cash out
- $5,000 cashed out at most from deposit bonuses and free spins unless stated otherwise (general bonus rules); the welcome terms state nothing else, and the site does not say which dollar, so we give no NZ$ figure
- Free spins (not counted above)
- 250 on Coins of Zeus, 50 a day for 5 days, each batch expires in 24 hours if not redeemed; a standard free spin is worth the slot's minimum bet; spin winnings 40x
How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.
The catch is the direction the multiplier is applied. Counting 40x on deposit plus bonus roughly doubles the turnover against a multiplier on the bonus alone, and it is bundled with a seven-day deadline and a bet-size ceiling. Run your own numbers before you opt in – our wagering calculator does the arithmetic. If the answer does not suit you, deposit without a code and keep the wagering rules out of it.

The other offers, through the same test
Nothing later in the promotions list escapes that 40x. The 2nd and 3rd welcome steps run 125% up to $300 with 150 spins and 150% up to $400 with 100 spins, and both carry the same 40x on deposit plus bonus with 7 days to clear.

Each offer is put through the same test: NZ$100, or the offer's minimum deposit if that is higher, and an average cost of 4 cents per NZ$1 wagered on pokies.
The Weekend Riches vaults are reload offers: 25% up to $100 from a $20 deposit, 50% up to $250 from $50, and 100% up to $500 from $100, each usable once a weekend, all at 40x. Their cash-out cap is lower, at $2,000 for vault bonuses and $100 for spin winnings. On a NZ$100 weekend deposit the Vault 3 bonus finishes about NZ$100 behind on our test, and the smaller vaults land in the same place at their own levels. Elsewhere there is Spin of the Week, free spins on a featured slot for anyone who has deposited in the last 30 days, Mystery Drops on the first deposit of the day, and a VIP Club paying weekly cashback of 5% to 20% of net losses on Mondays, with the wagering on cashback not stated. Those are extras rather than reasons to sign up. You can compare structures on our reload bonus page.

Paying in and cashing out from New Zealand
There is no payments page. From a New Zealand connection we see the Australian version of the site, which prints bare $ amounts, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay logos in the footer with no minimums, times or fees attached. The FAQ and T&C give a $20 minimum deposit. No public page names NZD or any account currency, and the sign-up form has no currency field, so we cannot say what your balance would be held in. If a dollar account is a dealbreaker, our NZD casino list is the place to start.
Bank transfer is the only method with published numbers: payouts from $100, a processing fee of up to $40, and a published weekly cap of $5,000. No payout times are published anywhere. Before you can withdraw, every deposit must have been wagered in full, and a deposit of at least $20 is needed to start the process.
| Method | Type | Min deposit | Deposit lands | Cash out? | Payout time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apple Pay | Mobile wallet | $20 deposit (FAQ, T&C 8.5) | Not published | Not listed | Not published | Not published (logo in the footer only) |
| Google Pay | Mobile wallet | $20 deposit (FAQ, T&C 8.5) | Not published | Not listed | Not published | Not published (logo in the footer only) |
| Bank transfer | Bank | Payouts from $100 (T&C 8.8) | Not published | Yes | Not published | Processing fee of up to $40 may apply (T&C 8.8) |
No public payments page. Our link sends a New Zealand visitor to au.spin4grande.com, which is the Australian version of the site (page language en-AU and listed as the "au" version in the site's own page list), even though its language picker is labelled New Zealand. So this is not an NZ cashier, and the cashier itself opens only after sign-up. The rows are built only from what public pages show: the Apple Pay and Google Pay logos in the footer (no minimums, times or fees), the FAQ (minimum deposit $20; withdrawal fees are "standard" and vary by method) and T&C 8.5 and 8.8 (copy read 28 Sep 2026). The FAQ also mentions a copy of the credit card used for deposits, but no card method is listed anywhere. No payout times are published.

The limits on the way out
Two clauses are worth knowing before you deposit. Withdrawals are only processed if you have wagered at least 30% of the balance you built up over the last 7 days, and four straight weeks without hitting that can cost you the account. A system error also lets the casino void wagers and cancel winnings, with liability limited to the lesser of the actual win or $10,000. Bank transfer carries a processing fee of up to $40. If speed matters, compare our fast payout casinos.

- Before any withdrawal
- Deposits must be wagered in full (T&C 8.10), and a deposit of at least $20 is needed to start a withdrawal (T&C 8.11)
- Weekly play rule

Who runs it and who licenses it
Luckland Group B.V. is named in T&C 2 and the footer as the operator, company number 136509, with an address of Gebouw, Curaçao – Dutch for building – and no street or town. The licence number, OGL/2024/494/0671, comes from the same two places. Looking it up on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own Online Gaming License Registry, entry 211 showed it issued 4-Dec-25 and expiring 4-Jun-26, status Assessment in progress, with no website named. The registry does not tie the licence to this casino, and the regulator warns its overviews do not guarantee a licence is currently valid.
An offshore licence under assessment means the protection you get is whatever the terms allow, and those terms put final bonus decisions with the casino and refund decisions beyond appeal, name an independent arbitrator without naming one, and state no governing law. The footer and the terms also disagree about the group: one places Luckland Services Ltd in the Marshall Islands, the other in the British Virgin Islands, with different company numbers. Add the T&C page that returned Page not found on 10 and 11 Oct, and the paper trail deserves a read before you deposit. How offshore licensing sits for players here is covered in our gambling law explainer.

Checked 11 Oct 2026: the casino's footer carries no licence seal or validator link, so there was no certificate to follow from the site. The licence number comes from the footer and T&C 2. We opened the License register page on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's own website (cga.cw) and its Online Gaming License Registry (PDF, last updated 9 Oct 2026). Entry 211 lists licence OGL/2024/494/0671 for Luckland Group B.V., company type B2C, registration number 136509, issued 4-Dec-25, expires 4-Jun-26, status Assessment in progress. The registry names no website, so it does not tie the licence to spin4grande.com, and the regulator says these overviews do not guarantee that a licence is currently valid. The licence is not on the regulator's enforcement register (updated 14 Sep 2026). Open the certificate

Limits and breaks you can set
Spin Grande offers deposit limits only by asking: email, chat or phone support, applied at once. Raising or removing one can take a 24-48 hour cooling-off period, which is the right way round. That is the whole toolkit described publicly. There is no self-service setting on the Responsible Gaming page, no loss or wager limit, no session reminder, no break and no self-exclusion – the T&C only explain closing your account by email. The help services named are Gamblers Anonymous and the International Center for Responsible Gaming, plus parental control tools such as BetBlocker. None of them is a New Zealand service.

Pokies and studios in the lobby
The provider list is long. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, NetEnt and Red Tiger are all there, alongside Evolution, BGaming, Betsoft and more. The welcome spins run on Coins of Zeus, and there is a published list of pokies excluded from bonus play – Dead or Alive, Blood Suckers, Jack Hammer 2 and The Dog House among them. Game weighting: slots count 100% towards wagering, table games and video poker 10%, live casino and crash games nothing. Browse our pokies section if you are still choosing a game. We found nothing published on RTP, so we are not going to invent a figure.

Clauses worth reading twice
Six things stood out when we read the terms line by line.
The Terms & Conditions link in the footer opened a Page not found page with no terms on it for a New Zealand visitor on 10 and 11 Oct 2026, yet the sign-up form asks you to accept those terms. The T&C rules on this page come from the full copy we read on 28 Sep 2026 (effective 29.01.2026). Ask support for the current terms before you deposit.

Page title of au.spin4grande.com/terms-conditions/, 10 and 11 Oct 2026The 40x on the welcome package and the weekend reloads is counted on your deposit plus the bonus, not on the bonus alone, and has to be done in 7 days. On a NZ$100 first deposit that is NZ$8,000 of bets.
Deposit bonuses require wagering on the total deposit + bonus amount, whereas no-deposit bonuses apply wagering only to the bonus amount.
General Bonus Rules, Wagering (the rules carry no clause numbers), read 28 Sep and 11 Oct 2026However much you win from a deposit bonus or its free spins, at most $5,000 can be turned into cash, and the welcome terms do not lift that limit. The site does not say which dollar it means.
Deposit Bonuses & Free Spins: After completing wagering, the maximum amount that can be converted into cash is $5,000, unless stated otherwise. Any excess bonus funds will be forfeited.

T&C 8.10, effective 29.01.2026 (read 28 Sep 2026)An unusual rule makes you keep betting: withdrawals are processed only if you wagered at least 30% of the balance built up over the last 7 days, and four weeks in a row without that can cost you the account.
Players must wager at least 30% of their balance accumulated in the last 7 days for withdrawals to be processed. If these conditions are not met for 4+ consecutive weeks, SpinGrande reserves the right to close the account.
T&C 6.1, effective 29.01.2026 (read 28 Sep 2026)Bank transfer payouts start at $100 and can carry a processing fee of up to $40. The FAQ adds that withdrawal fees vary by method, without listing them.
8.8 The minimum withdrawal amount via bank transfer is $100. A processing fee of up to $40 may apply.
T&C 8.8, effective 29.01.2026 (read 28 Sep 2026); FAQ, 11 Oct 2026If the casino blames a system error, wagers can be voided and winnings cancelled, and its liability stops at $10,000 however much you won.
In the event of a system error, affected wagers may be voided and winnings cancelled. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the actual win or $10,000.
T&C 7.4, effective 29.01.2026 (read 28 Sep 2026)In a bonus dispute the casino's own decision is final, and T&C 13.2 say the same about refund requests. The T&C only say unresolved issues may be referred to an independent arbitrator, without naming one.
In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Spin Grande will be final.
General Bonus Rules, Casino Discretion, read 28 Sep and 11 Oct 2026The paper trail does not line up. The footer says the Curacao Gaming Authority issued the licence and places Luckland Services Ltd in the Marshall Islands (No. 109230); T&C 2 name the General Governor of Curaçao as issuer and put the same company in the British Virgin Islands (No. 1859656). The licence holder's only address in both is Gebouw, Curaçao, and the regulator's registry shows the licence as expiring on 4 Jun 2026 with its assessment in progress.

What we could not check
A short list of the gaps, so you know exactly where this review stops.
- We did not deposit or withdraw real money at Spin Grande. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
- We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
- Our link sends a New Zealand visitor to au.spin4grande.com, the Australian version of the site (page language en-AU, the "au" version in the site's own page list), although its language picker reads New Zealand and the sign-up form fills in New Zealand and +64. We could not see an NZ cashier, the currency an NZ account is held in, or which dollar the bare $ amounts mean.
- The Terms & Conditions page returned Page not found to a New Zealand visitor on 10 and 11 Oct 2026. The T&C used here are the full copy we read on 28 Sep 2026 (effective 29.01.2026); we cannot confirm it is still the version in force.
- Whether licence OGL/2024/494/0671 is currently valid: the regulator's registry (updated 9 Oct 2026) shows it expiring on 4 Jun 2026 with status Assessment in progress, and names no website.
- Which payment methods an NZ account can use and how fast payouts are: the only public signs are the Apple Pay and Google Pay logos, the bank transfer rules in T&C 8.8 and the FAQ. No payout times are published at all.
- The value of a welcome free spin: a standard free spin is worth the slot's minimum bet, and we did not check the minimum bet on Coins of Zeus.
- Support response times and how long ID checks take in practice.
Questions we get asked
Is Spin Grande licensed?
On paper, yes – Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/494/0671, held by Luckland Group B.V. In practice, the regulator’s own registry entry for that licence shows it expiring on 4 Jun 2026 with its assessment in progress rather than active, and names no website. The site’s footer carries no licence seal or validator link, so there was no certificate to follow either.
Can I bank in my own currency at Spin Grande?
No public page names NZD or any account currency, and the sign-up form has no currency field. Our link sends a New Zealand visitor to the Australian version, where amounts are bare $ and the terms say “$20 or currency equivalent”. That leaves the question open, and we cannot close it without opening an account.
Is the Spin Grande welcome bonus worth taking?
On our NZ$100 test, no. The first deposit bonus of NZ$100 needs $8,000 of turnover, which at a 96% return would on average eat the whole NZ$200 balance, leaving you roughly NZ$100 behind. Add the $5,000 cash-out cap and 7 days to clear, and it only makes sense if you were going to wager that much anyway.
How do withdrawals work at Spin Grande?
Bank transfer is the only method with published detail: payouts from $100, a processing fee of up to $40, and a $5,000 weekly cap. You must wager every deposit in full first, and hit 30% of your last seven days’ balance for a withdrawal to be processed. No payout times are published at all.
