✓ on record ~ partly or unclear ✗ missing or against you ? not checked
CristalPoker suits a particular sort of player: someone who wants a match bonus with no wagering attached and does not mind that every balance on the site sits in euros. It is a casino with a sportsbook and a single poker game, not a poker room, and the wager-free bonus on the welcome offer cannot itself be cashed out. Treat it as extra play money that vanishes when you withdraw.
We read the Terms and Conditions and the bonus terms in full, checked the Anjouan licence on the regulator’s validator and on the public register, and took screenshots from a New Zealand connection on 11 Oct 2026. We did not deposit, play or withdraw real money at CristalPoker. The one-line take: the bonus terms are unusually straight for the genre, and the cash-out process asks more of you than the banner ads suggest.
The short version, without the sales pitch
CristalPoker’s welcome package is the draw: three deposit bonuses, 100% up to 500 EUR, 50% up to 1,000 EUR and 100% up to 500 EUR, each from a 20 EUR deposit, none carrying a wagering requirement, each live for 30 days. That is rare. The catches are the euro-only account, a cap on what you can withdraw from bonus play, and rules that want your own deposit played through before you leave.
Good fit if:
- You want a first deposit bonus with no wagering and a 20 EUR entry point.
- You are happy to deposit and withdraw in euros, with your bank doing the conversion.
- You value published controls such as deposit limits, a time-out and self-exclusion.
Think twice if:
- You need a NZD account, which the sign-up form does not offer.
- You want to withdraw a deposit you have not played. T&C 11.1 says otherwise.
- You want a big win in one payment. The caps are 1,000 EUR a day, 2,500 EUR a week and 10,000 EUR a month.

Six out of twelve
Our check is twelve yes or no questions answered only from a casino’s published documents. Where an answer is unclear or missing, the casino scores nothing. CristalPoker comes out at 6/12. It earned points for an active licence on the regulator’s own site, a named operator with a company number and address in the terms, New Zealand not being on the restricted list, a welcome bonus that does not cost more than it gives, an offer card that matches the bonus terms, and a public set of limit, break and self-exclusion tools. It lost the other six on the euro-only account, a possible 10% charge on unturned deposits, withdrawal timings that stretch past 24 hours, a rule that wants your deposit wagered before a payout, the five-times cap on bonus withdrawals, and terms that make every casino decision final.
Paper
- ✓Licence shown as active on the regulator's own siteAnjouan validator opened from the footer seal shows licence ALSI-202601043-FI2 as VALID, and the public register lists it as Valid until 30 Jan 2027 (11 Oct 2026); both name cristalpoker.com, not the cristalpoker13.com mirror.
- ✓Operator, company number and address published in the termsWild Blackfin Limited SRL, No. 3-102-916426, Avenidas 8 and 10, Calle 39, LY Center, San Jose, Costa Rica (T&C 5.1).
- ✓New Zealand is not on the restricted countries listNew Zealand is not on the T&C 16.4 list or the Restricted territories list, and it is in the sign-up country list (11 Oct 2026).
- ✗No one-sided rules on wording or the final say in disputesT&C 9.5: all decisions made by the casino are final; the Refund Policy also calls its decision final and not subject to appeal.
Money
- ✗NZD account availableThe sign-up form offers Brazil Reais, Canadian Dollar, Euro and Dollar; all amounts are in euros.
- ✗No casino fees on deposits or withdrawalsT&C 11.1: a 10% charge may apply to deposits and withdrawals not turned over; 10.5 deposit charges by method; 12.2 processing fees on the player.
- ✗Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (published figure)T&C 12.3 give up to 24 hours once documents are confirmed, but 11.3 allow up to three working days, if practicable; no firm 24-hour maximum.
- ✗No rule to wager your own deposit before cashing outT&C 11.1: deposits must be wagered before a withdrawal; the casino may ask for 5x (10x on live and table games).
Bonus
- ✓Welcome bonus does not cost more than it gives (NZ$100 test)NZ$0 left of a NZ$100 bonus after wagering.
- ✗No cash-out cap on winnings from the welcome bonusBonus terms 10.1.3 b cap withdrawals from deposit bonuses, the welcome package included, at 5x the bonus.
- ✓Offer card and bonus terms describe the same offerThe offer pages and bonus terms 10.2 agree: codes CRI1-CRI3, no wagering. The offer pages leave out the 5x cap and that the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn.
Protection
- ✓Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion explained publiclyThe Responsible Gaming page explains deposit limits, a 24-hour to 30-day time-out and 6-month or permanent self-exclusion.
One point for each question the published documents answer in the player's favour. Unclear answers score nothing until the casino clarifies them in writing.
What the welcome offer is worth
Run the NZ$100 test and the first deposit bonus looks clean. You put in NZ$100 with code CRI1 and you get NZ$100 in bonus. There is no wagering requirement, so turnover costs nothing and the average cost of clearing it is NZ$0. Value left, by our method, is NZ$0: roughly break-even. The same result comes out of CRI2 and CRI3.
Here is what that NZ$100 actually is. Bonus terms 10.2.4 say the bonus is removed when you cash out, and 10.1.3 b caps withdrawals from deposit bonus play at five times the bonus. On a NZ$100 bonus the cap is NZ$500. The offer pages do not mention it. The NZ$100 is extra play money with a ceiling, not a second deposit.
| You deposit | NZ$100 |
|---|---|
| Bonus at 100% | + NZ$100 |
| Wagering: 0x on bonus only | NZ$0 to turn over |
| Average cost of that play (96% RTP pokies) | - NZ$0 |
| Sticky bonus: the bonus itself never leaves | - NZ$100 |
| Bonus value left | NZ$0 |
Roughly break-even (0% of the bonus survives its own wagering)
- Time on the clock
- 30 days = about 0 spins a day at NZ$1
- Biggest bet while wagering
- 4 EUR a spin while a bonus is active; gamble and bonus-buy features banned (bonus terms 10.1.6)
- Most you can cash out
- NZ$500 - bonus terms 10.1.3 b cap withdrawals at 5x the bonus; the bonus itself is removed when you cash out (10.2.4), so the value left is extra play money, not cash
How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.
Three more rules shape how that play money behaves. While any bonus is active your maximum bet is 4 EUR a spin, and bonus-buy and gamble features are banned (bonus terms 10.1.6). A long banned list applies too: jackpot games, table games, video poker, live casino, sports bets and around 80 slots, Sweet Bonanza and The Dog House among them. Break those and the bonus and its winnings go. The clock is 30 days. Work out the cap before you claim anything – our wagering calculator makes that ceiling plain, even where there is no wagering to work through.

The other offers through the same test
Nothing else on the promotions list changes the picture. The second and third deposit bonuses carry the same no-wagering, non-withdrawable, five-times-capped structure, and so do the reloads: Tuesday 50% up to 300 EUR with code TUE50, Thursday 100% up to 100 EUR with THU100, and a weekend 50% up to 250 EUR with WEE250. Each starts at 20 EUR and runs for 5 days.
| Offer | Deposit | Bonus | Wagering to clear | Value left | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit bonus, code CRI1100% up to 500 EUR, no wagering, from a 20 EUR deposit, 30 days; the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn | NZ$100 | NZ$100 | None | NZ$0 | Roughly break-even |
| Second deposit bonus, code CRI250% up to 1,000 EUR, no wagering, from a 20 EUR deposit, 30 days; the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn | NZ$100 | NZ$50 | None | NZ$0 | Roughly break-even |
| Third deposit bonus, code CRI3100% up to 500 EUR, no wagering, from a 20 EUR deposit, 30 days; the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn | NZ$100 | NZ$100 | None | NZ$0 | Roughly break-even |
| Tuesday reload, code TUE5050% up to 300 EUR, no wagering, from 20 EUR, 5 days; needs a clean deposit of the same size in the previous 7 days | NZ$100 | NZ$50 | None | NZ$0 | Roughly break-even |
| Thursday reload, code THU100100% up to 100 EUR, no wagering, from 20 EUR, 5 days; needs a clean deposit of the same size in the previous 7 days | NZ$100 | NZ$100 | None | NZ$0 | Roughly break-even |
| Weekend reload, code WEE25050% up to 250 EUR on Saturday or Sunday, no wagering, from 20 EUR, 5 days; needs a clean deposit of the same size in the previous 7 days | NZ$100 | NZ$50 | None | NZ$0 | Roughly break-even |
Each offer is put through the same test: NZ$100, or the offer's minimum deposit if that is higher, and an average cost of 4 cents per NZ$1 wagered on pokies.
CristalPoker’s reloads add one condition. You need a deposit without a bonus in the seven days before, of at least the same size, or the bonus and its winnings can be pulled as bonus abuse (10.3.4 to 10.3.6). That is easy to trip over if you claim every week.
Cashback is the smallest number on the page. It pays 0.2% of slot bets, which is 1 EUR for every 500 EUR staked, claimable once a day. The offer page talks about up to 500 EUR a day, but bonus terms 10.1.3 a and 10.5 cap cashback winnings at 50 EUR.

Paying in and cashing out from New Zealand
At CristalPoker there is no NZD account. The sign-up form offers Brazil Reais, Canadian Dollar, Euro and Dollar, and every amount on the site is quoted in euros, so your bank converts on the way in and on the way out. There is also no public payments page. The FAQ tells you to click Deposits and Withdrawals at the bottom of the page, but the footer has no such links and the cashier only opens after login. What we can see are the payment logos in the footer: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, bank transfer, Paysafecard, Cashlib, and a crypto list that includes Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. Those logos do not say which methods work for a New Zealand account.
Every deposit has to be played before a withdrawal, under T&C 11.1, and the casino may ask for five times the deposit, or ten times if you have been on live casino, table games or virtual sports. Deposits and withdrawals that have not been turned over can attract a 10% charge. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method where possible (11.5 and 12.1). The finance team takes up to 24 hours once your documents are confirmed (12.3), but 11.3 allows funds to be remitted within three working days if practicable. ID is always checked above 200 EUR (11.4), and nothing moves until KYC is complete.

There is no public payments page: the FAQ says to click Deposits and Withdrawals at the bottom of the page, but the footer has no such links, and the cashier only opens after login. These rows are built only from the payment logos in the site footer and the T&C (10.5, 10.8, 11.1-11.4, 12.1-12.4), read 10 and 11 Oct 2026. The logos do not show which methods work for a New Zealand account; the footer also shows regional methods such as Interac, Pix, Blik, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, MB WAY, Multibanco, Revolut and Yaspa.

The limits on the way out
The minimum withdrawal is not published on any public page we could find. Big winnings are paid in slices: 1,000 EUR a day, 2,500 EUR a week and 10,000 EUR a month (12.4), with no stated exception for jackpots and no published VIP limits. Leave the account alone for six months and the balance is returned to you, with no inactivity fee mentioned (8.1). If speed matters, see our fast payout casinos.

Who runs it and who licenses it
The operator behind CristalPoker is Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, company number 3-102-916426, at Avenidas 8 and 10, Calle 39, LY Center, 11501, San Jose, Costa Rica. The licence comes from the Anjouan Gaming Board, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan: ALSI-202601043-FI2, granted 31 Jan 2026, shown as VALID on the validator and Valid on the public register until 30 Jan 2027. One detail matters. Both pages list cristalpoker.com, not the cristalpoker13.com mirror the affiliate link opens. The T&C make all casino decisions final (9.5), the complaint window is 14 days in the terms but six months in the Complaints Policy, and the free dispute service afterwards is EADR Ltd in Malta. An offshore licence means no New Zealand regulator is standing behind your balance, which we explain in our guide to NZ gambling law.

Checked 11 Oct 2026: we followed the Anjouan seal in the casino footer (served on www.cristalpoker13.com) to the regulator's validation page on verification.anjouangamingboard.org. It names Wild Blackfin Limited SRL at Avenidas 8 & 10, Calle 39, LY Center, 11501, San Jose, Costa Rica, registered website cristalpoker.com, "Operating status: VALID", and licence No. ALSI-202601043-FI2 issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. The seal link expires after about 20 minutes, so we took a fresh one and opened it at once; the page is not built for phones, so we shot it at a wider window in the same New Zealand session. We then searched the public register on anjouangaming.com for the licence number: it lists Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, status Valid, type b2c, issue date 2026-01-31, expiry date 2027-01-30, with cristalpoker.com among 35 domains. Neither page lists cristalpoker13.com, the mirror the affiliate link opens.

Limits and breaks you can set
This is where CristalPoker looks strongest. The Responsible Gaming page describes deposit limits over a period you choose, bet limits and loss limits, session time limits, and a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days that ends by itself. Self-exclusion runs for six months, longer through support, or permanently. The help services named are Gamblers Anonymous, a GamCare self-assessment test and the GamBlock and BetBlocker blockers. No New Zealand service is listed. We did not open an account, so we cannot describe how those settings look inside the account area.
- ✓Deposit limitsResponsible Gaming page: limit deposits over a chosen period, set in the account settings; also T&C 10.4 and 27.1.
- ✓Loss or wager limitsResponsible Gaming page: bet limits on the total you can wager and loss limits that pause betting.
- ✓Session remindersResponsible Gaming page: session time limits; the FAQ adds a time warning every few minutes of play.
- ✓Cooling-off breakTime-out for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days; the account reopens by itself when the time is up.

Pokies and studios in the lobby
The CristalPoker footer carries 141 studio logos. The names we could pick out include Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw, NoLimit City, Relax, Red Tiger, Netent, Big Time Gaming – EVO, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Playtech, Betsoft, Bgaming, Habanero, Endorphina, PG Soft, Playson Premium, EvoPlay, Novomatic – N2 Premium, Spribe, Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. A deep roster, with one catch: while a bonus is active, a long list of popular pokies is off limits, Sweet Bonanza and The Dog House among roughly 80 named slots. Our value test assumes an average return of about 96% on pokies, which is where the four cents per NZ$1 played comes from.

Clauses worth reading twice
A handful of clauses do not match the tone of the marketing. Read these before you deposit, not after.
The welcome bonuses are wager-free on paper, but the bonus itself never turns into cash. You can withdraw your deposit and winnings at any time, and the bonus stays behind when you do. In the casino's own example, 20 EUR plus a 20 EUR bonus that grows to 120 EUR pays out 100 EUR.
10.2.4 Each bonus in Welcome Package is wager FREE. Our deposit bonuses do not have Wager requirements. The bonus is meant to increase your balance and chance of winnings, but can't be withdrawn.
Bonus Terms and Conditions 10.2.4, last updated 17.01.2024, read 11 Oct 2026What you can take out of bonus play is capped at five times the bonus, and the rest is removed by hand. On a NZ$100 bonus that is NZ$500. The offer pages do not mention the cap.
b)Bonuses that comes with a deposit requirement (clause 10.2,10.3; Sports Bonuses and Live Casino Bonuses) have limits on withdrawal of 5 times Bonus amount received, and are wager FREE.
Bonus Terms and Conditions 10.1.3 b, read 11 Oct 2026The home page banner says "Win now - cash out immediately", but the T&C want every deposit played before a withdrawal, allow a 10% charge if it was not, and let the casino ask for 5 times the deposit (10 times on live casino, table games or virtual sports).
11.1 Money deposited must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made, i.e. the player account should not be used to only deposit and withdraw money. Charge of 10% may apply to all deposits/withdrawals if the amount has not been turned over.
T&C 11.1, last updated 31.03.2026While any bonus is active, spins are limited to 4 EUR, bonus-buy and gamble features are banned, and jackpot games, table games, video poker, live casino, sports bets and a list of about 80 slots (Sweet Bonanza and The Dog House among them) are off limits. Breaking this costs the bonus and the winnings.
10.1.6 All games have a maximum betting limit of 4 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin during bonus is active on the player's account.
Bonus Terms and Conditions 10.1.6, 10.1.8 and 10.1.10, read 11 Oct 2026Big wins are paid out in slices: at most 1,000 EUR a day, 2,500 EUR a week and 10,000 EUR a month, with no exception for jackpots.
12.4 In case of big winnings, the maximum withdrawal of such winning may not be greater than 1.000 EUR per day, or 2.500 EUR per week and 10.000 EUR per calendar month.
T&C 12.4, last updated 31.03.2026Every page title advertises "VPN Allowed" and "No Verification needed", but the T&C always check ID above 200 EUR, the KYC Policy blocks withdrawals until checks are done, and T&C 16.4.1 void the deposits and withdrawals of players in restricted countries who give misleading location details.
11.4 We reserve the right to carry out security reviews for any withdrawals you make and will always carry out identity verification procedures for withdrawals exceeding the equivalent of 200,00€
T&C 11.4 and 16.4.1 (last updated 31.03.2026); page titles and KYC Policy, 11 Oct 2026The casino gives itself the last word on everything, and can also close an account with a 10% administrative fee after a breach, a failed security review or a chargeback (T&C 9.1).
9.5 All decision made by www.cristalpoker.com are final.
T&C 9.1 and 9.5, last updated 31.03.2026The complaint deadline depends on which page you read: 14 days in the T&C, six months in the Complaints Policy. Complain in writing straight away to be safe. After the casino's own process, the Complaints Policy names EADR Ltd in Malta as a free dispute service.
15.8 If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the games or any other activity, you must submit your complaint to us in writing within 14 days of the incident by e-mail to [email protected].
T&C 15.8 (last updated 31.03.2026) and Complaints Policy, 11 Oct 2026No inactivity fee. After six months without a transaction the casino says it sends the balance back to you.
8.1 If no transaction is recorded on your account for 6 months, the account will be considered inactive, and we will remit the account balance to you.
T&C 8.1, last updated 31.03.2026The Responsible Gaming page sets out a full set of controls: deposit, bet, loss and session limits, a time-out and self-exclusion up to permanent.

What we could not check
The gaps here are gaps of access. Anything that depends on being a logged-in, funded player is missing, and the payout figures above are the casino’s published numbers rather than timings we measured at CristalPoker.
- We did not deposit or withdraw real money at CristalPoker. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
- We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
- The cashier opens only after login, so we could not see which payment methods work for a New Zealand account, their minimums, fees or payout times, or the minimum withdrawal.
- Both licence pages list cristalpoker.com, not www.cristalpoker13.com, the mirror the affiliate link opens, although the seal on the mirror links to the licence validator.
- Whether the casino actually asks ordinary players to wager 5 times their deposit before a withdrawal (bonus terms 10.1.4, T&C 10.6 and 11.1); the terms only reserve the right.
- How the no-deposit 50 free spins really pay: the offer page says the winnings are real money, while bonus terms 10.1.3 c set x30 wagering and a 50 EUR cap.
- Support response times and how long ID checks take in practice.
Questions we get asked
Is CristalPoker a poker site or a casino?
It is a casino first. The phone menu lists Slots, Live Casino, Crash & Fast, Sportsbook, Sports/Races, Poker, Promotions and VIP Program, and the poker section holds one game called Poker. The VIP pages offer poker players up to 50% rakeback. If you want a proper poker room with busy tables, keep looking.
Can I play at CristalPoker in my own currency?
Not in New Zealand dollars. The sign-up form offers Brazil Reais, Canadian Dollar, Euro and Dollar, and every balance and bonus is quoted in euros. Your bank converts on each deposit and each payout. If that is a deal-breaker, start from our NZD casinos page instead.
Is the CristalPoker welcome bonus really wager-free?
Yes, on paper. CRI1, CRI2 and CRI3 carry no wagering requirement, so there is nothing to clear. The bonus itself is still not cash: it is removed when you cash out (10.2.4) and withdrawals from bonus play are capped at five times the bonus (10.1.3 b). Betting more than 4 EUR a spin while a bonus is active breaks the terms.
How fast does CristalPoker pay out?
The published figures are up to 24 hours for the finance team once your documents are confirmed (12.3), then funds remitted within three working days if practicable (11.3). Identity is always checked above 200 EUR. We did not test this ourselves, so treat it as a promise rather than a measurement.
