LuckyVibe suits a certain kind of New Zealand player: someone after a very large pokies lobby, a cashier that quotes in NZD, every payment method marked free, and e-wallet or crypto payouts the site lists as instant. You also need to be the sort who will walk past a bonus when the clock is short, and who can live with the rule that every deposit is played three times before a withdrawal clears.
This review comes from documents, not from play. We read the Terms and Conditions and the bonus terms in full, opened the payments page as a New Zealand visitor, followed the licence seal through to the regulator, and ran the value test on paper. We did not deposit, spin or withdraw. In one sentence: a big, well-papered lobby with a fair cashier and a bonus package that costs most players more than it pays.
Where LuckyVibe lands
Seven of our twelve checks came back in your favour. The cashier does the basics well – NZD accounts, methods marked free, instant e-wallets. The licence is real and checkable, though it is offshore. The shine comes off the bonuses, because 40x inside three days is a lot of clicking for a hundred dollars, and the deposit-wagering rule applies whether you claim a bonus or not.
- Good fit if: you want a lobby the size of 195 studios, pokies and live tables included.
- Good fit if: you want e-wallet or crypto payouts, which the site lists as instant.
- Good fit if: you plan to decline the welcome offer and play your own money.
- Think twice if: the offer card tempts you and three days of roughly 1,333 spins a day is not realistic.
- Think twice if: you deposit NZ$100, change your mind, and still owe NZ$300 of bets before it can leave.
- Think twice if: you want a local licence, a local help service, or a dispute settled outside Costa Rica.

Seven out of twelve
Our twelve checks are yes/no questions answered from the published documents – licence, operator details, currency, fees, payout rules, bonus maths and player tools. Unclear answers score nothing, so silence never earns a point. LuckyVibe lost five. Bonus terms 1.11 give the casino the last word in a bonus dispute, and T&C 15.3 make its server logs final in a dispute about game results. Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours of approval rather than the 24 hours we look for, even with e-wallets and crypto listed as instant. T&C 9.7 requires every deposit to be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn. The same clause lets the casino charge a processing fee if you withdraw earlier, while the Payments page marks every method free. And the welcome bonus costs more than it gives on our NZ$100 test. The full method sits in how we review online casinos.
Paper
- ✓Licence shown as active on the regulator's own siteTGC validation page reached from the footer seal: Metlait SRL, www.luckyvibe.com and www.luckyvibe21.com, operating status VALID, checked 11 Oct 2026.

Money
- ✓NZD account availableNZD is listed in T&C 4.1 and the Payments page shows NZD amounts; the casino runs in euros inside (11.10).
- ✗No casino fees on deposits or withdrawalsEvery method on the Payments page is marked free ('without any fee'), but T&C 9.7 lets the casino charge a processing fee (or refuse the payout) if you withdraw before each deposit has been wagered three times.
- ✗Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (published figure)T&C 11.6: withdrawals processed within 72 hours of approval, although the Payments page lists e-wallets and crypto as instant.
- ✗No rule to wager your own deposit before cashing outT&C 9.7: each deposit has to be wagered three times before withdrawal.
Bonus
- ✗Welcome bonus does not cost more than it gives (NZ$100 test)-NZ$60 left of a NZ$100 bonus after wagering.
- ✓No cash-out cap on winnings from the welcome bonusBonus terms 2.4 cap only match offers of 300% or more; the welcome card and section 3 set no cap.

Protection
- ✓Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion explained publiclyResponsible Gaming page 2.1: deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off of 1 week to 6 months and self-exclusion up to indefinitely.
One point for each question the published documents answer in the player's favour. Unclear answers score nothing until the casino clarifies them in writing.
What the welcome bonus is really worth
We ran the numbers on a NZ$100 first deposit, which triggers the 100% match up to $1,000 plus 100 free spins. The wagering is 40x the bonus, so the target is NZ$4,000. Pokies return about 96% on average, which makes each NZ$1 wagered cost roughly 4 cents. Turning over NZ$4,000 therefore costs about NZ$160 on average, leaving you around NZ$60 behind the bonus you were handed.
Then there is the clock. The welcome bonus expires three days after it is credited, which is about 1,333 spins a day at NZ$1. While the bonus is active the maximum bet is NZ$7.50 a spin or round, bought bonus rounds included, and going over it forfeits everything won from the bonus. Two things work in your favour: the terms put no cash-out cap on welcome bonus winnings, and the offer card and the bonus terms describe the same offer.
| You deposit | NZ$100 |
|---|---|
| Bonus at 100% | + NZ$100 |
| Wagering: 40x on bonus only | NZ$4,000 to turn over |
| Average cost of that play (96% RTP pokies) | - NZ$160 |
| Bonus value left | -NZ$60 |
Costs much more than it gives (-60% of the bonus survives its own wagering)
- Time on the clock
- 3 days = about 1,333 spins a day at NZ$1 (tight)
- Biggest bet while wagering
- NZ$7.50 a spin or round (bonus terms 2.2)
- Most you can cash out
- No cap in the terms
- Free spins (not counted above)
- 100 on Lady Wolf Moon (BGaming), to be activated within 3 days; bonus and free spins wagered 40x (bonus terms 3); spin value not stated
How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.
The catch is the deadline rather than the arithmetic. Three days is short, 40x is steep, and a NZ$7.50 ceiling is easy to cross on a high-stakes slot. Check the numbers with a wagering calculator before you deposit at LuckyVibe. If the answer is no, the deposit still works – you simply skip the bonus and the three-day timer that comes with it.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
The weekday offers go through the same test, and none of them comes out ahead.
| Offer | Deposit | Bonus | Wagering to clear | Value left | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit bonus (welcome package, deposit 1 of 4)100% up to $1,000 + 100 free spins, 40x the bonus, from a $30 deposit, 3 days to clear | NZ$100 | NZ$100 | NZ$4,000 | -NZ$60 | Costs much more than it gives |

| Thursday Boost, code THURSDAY30% up to $750, 40x, from a $75 deposit, once each Thursday, 3 days to clear | NZ$100 | NZ$30 | NZ$1,200 | -NZ$18 | Costs much more than it gives |
| Friday Fortune, code FRIDAY30% up to $150, 40x, from a $30 deposit, once each Friday, 3 days to clear | NZ$100 | NZ$30 | NZ$1,200 | -NZ$18 | Costs much more than it gives |
Each offer is put through the same test: NZ$100, or the offer's minimum deposit if that is higher, and an average cost of 4 cents per NZ$1 wagered on pokies.
Tuesday Reload, code TUESDAY, is 50% up to $750 with 20 free spins. On a NZ$100 deposit that is a NZ$50 bonus, NZ$2,000 of wagering, an average cost of NZ$80, and NZ$30 less than the bonus is worth. Thursday Boost is 30% up to $750 from a NZ$75 deposit: NZ$30 bonus, NZ$1,200 of wagering, NZ$48 cost, NZ$18 short. Friday Fortune is 30% up to $150 from a NZ$30 deposit and lands in the same place. All three run 40x on a three-day clock, so each costs more than it gives.
Sunday Funday spins carry 40x too, for a $75, $150 or $225 deposit. Bone Wheel prizes are gentler at 10x with a $75 maximum win, and cashback counts as a bonus, at 10x wagering with a cap of 10x whatever you received. Our reload bonus page covers weekly offers in general.
Getting money in and out
The cashier is the strongest part of LuckyVibe. A New Zealand visitor sees NZD prices, the minimum is NZ$30 both ways, and every method is marked free on the Payments page, although T&C 9.7 lets the casino charge a processing fee if you withdraw before the 3x deposit rule is met. Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz and MiFinity show instant deposits and instant withdrawals; so do Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and USDT, with a 20 EUR equivalent minimum instead of NZ$30. Visa and Mastercard show 1-3 banking days for a payout, bank transfer 3-5. Paysafecard and Neosurf are deposit-only, and the page files them under card and e-wallet, which is wrong – both are prepaid vouchers.
The payout times are the casino’s figures, not ours. Card payouts return to the card only up to your net deposits, with the rest sent another way, and the casino can pick a different method at its discretion. Intermediary banks may charge for a transfer, typically up to EUR 16. If speed is your priority, see our fast payout casinos.

The casino's Payments page as shown to a New Zealand visitor on 10 Oct 2026 (deposit and withdrawal tables; the withdrawal rows for cards, bank transfer and e-wallets were on screen again on 11 Oct). The page lists Paysafecard as a card and Neosurf as an e-wallet; both are prepaid vouchers. Payout times are the casino's own figures; the T&C add that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours of approval (11.6) and bank transfers within 3 business days (11.10).

The limits on the way out
The cap that catches people is not the daily one, it is the one attached to the deposit. Every deposit has to be wagered three times before any withdrawal, bonus or not – put in NZ$100, change your mind, and you still need NZ$300 of bets. The casino reserves the right to charge a fee or refuse the payout if you have not met it. An ID check also sits in front of the first withdrawal and can include a live phone call, and failing verification within two weeks means a closed account and confiscated funds.

Who runs it and who licenses it
LuckyVibe is run by Metlait SRL, company number 3-102-911867, at El Guayaval, Residencial La Campina Casa Numero Q-11, Cartago, El Guarco, Tejar, 30801, Costa Rica. The licence is 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. We followed the footer seal to the regulator’s validation page, which names Metlait SRL at the same address, lists www.luckyvibe.com and www.luckyvibe21.com as registered websites, and shows the status as VALID. That page prints no licence number and no grant date, so 0000064 comes from the terms and the footer rather than from the regulator itself. Complaints go to support first, then the EGIS dispute service, then arbitration in Costa Rica, and the casino decides bonus disputes itself. An offshore licence is not a scam flag by itself, but it does mean no New Zealand regulator is watching this site – our guide to gambling law covers what that changes in practice.

Checked 11 Oct 2026: we followed the licence seal in the casino footer to the regulator's validation page at validate.thetgc.ca. It names Metlait SRL at the same Costa Rica address as the T&C, lists www.luckyvibe.com and www.luckyvibe21.com (the mirror our affiliate link landed on that day) as registered websites and shows operating status VALID. The seal on www.luckyvibe.com opened the same page with that domain only, also VALID. The validation page prints no licence number and no grant date; the number 0000064 comes from T&C 1.1 and the site footer. The page only opens from the seal on the casino site (each link expires after about 20 minutes), so we do not link to it.

Limits and breaks you can set
The public Responsible Gaming page is properly detailed. Deposit limits run by day, week or month; loss and wager limits the same; session reminders start at six minutes and log you out when they expire; cooling-off breaks come in one, three and six-month lengths; and self-exclusion runs for six months, nine months, a year or indefinitely, in the account or by email. Lowering a limit is immediate, raising one needs email confirmation and waits for the old limit to expire. The gaps matter. The casino says deposit limits cannot always be applied to crypto, some crypto can still go through during a cooling-off break, and neither the loss limits nor the break touches sportsbook bets. No New Zealand help service is listed on the page.
- ✓Deposit limitsPer day, week or month. The casino says they cannot always be applied to crypto deposits and suggests other payment methods.
- ✓Loss or wager limitsLoss and wager limits per day, week or month. Lowering a limit is immediate; raising one needs email confirmation and waits for the old limit to expire. Neither covers sportsbook bets.
- ✓Session remindersA session time limit from 6 minutes up; you are logged out when it runs out.
- ✓Cooling-off break1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months; fiat deposits blocked, but some crypto deposits may still go through, and a break does not stop a sports bet from your balance.
- ✓Self-exclusion6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely in the account, or by email to support (the FAQ also gives [email protected]).
- ~Help services listedGamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. No New Zealand service is named.

Pokies and studios in the lobby
LuckyVibe’s lobby is the other reason people end up here. The provider list runs to 195 studios, and the names on screen include Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Playson, NetEnt, Red Tiger Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Games Global, Playtech, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Novomatic, Endorphina, Spinomenal, 3 Oaks, Habanero, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. The welcome free spins come from BGaming titles – Lady Wolf Moon, Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, Fruit Million and Wild Cash across the four deposits. What the site does not publish is RTP figures, so you cannot compare return rates before opening a game. More on pokies in our pokies section.

Clauses worth reading twice
Six clauses in LuckyVibe’s terms do more work than the rest of the document put together.
Every deposit has to be played through three times before it can be withdrawn, bonus or not. Deposit NZ$100 and change your mind, and you still need NZ$300 of bets first. The casino also keeps the right to charge a fee or refuse the payout if you have not.
9.7. Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds. [...] The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.
T&C 9.7, last updated 17.04.2026, on screen again 11 Oct 2026The welcome bonus and every reload expire 3 days after they are credited. At 40x, a NZ$100 bonus means NZ$4,000 of bets inside that window, about 1,333 spins a day at NZ$1. If you cannot play that much, skip the bonus.
The bonus expires in 3 days after being credited.
First deposit offer card, 11 Oct 2026 (the reload cards say the same; bonus terms 1.3 set a 3-day bonus duration)While a bonus is active, any bet above NZ$7.50 forfeits everything won from the bonus. Bought bonus rounds count, so a feature buy over NZ$7.50 breaks the rule.
2.2. The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR, 5 USD, 7.5 CAD, 7.5 AUD, 7.5 NZD, 50 NOK, 100 ZAR, or the equivalent in other currencies, unless otherwise specified. [...] The maximum bet limit applies to all wagers, including those placed after doubling a bet following a completed game round or during bonus rounds purchased within a game. Violating this rule will result in the forfeiture of all winnings derived from the bonus.
Bonus Policy 2.2, last updated 28.02.2024, on screen again 11 Oct 2026Withdrawals wait for ID checks, which can include a live phone call. If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal is cancelled and the account locked, and failing verification within two weeks of a request ends in account closure and confiscated funds. Have your documents ready before you deposit.
9.3. [...] Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation.
T&C 9.3 and 8.4, on screen again 11 Oct 2026In a bonus dispute the casino gives itself the last word, in a dispute about game results its own server logs are final, and it keeps sole and final authority to decide whether you broke a rule. An outside body, EGIS, is named for complaints, which helps.
1.11. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
Bonus Policy 1.11; T&C 7.8 and 15.3, last updated 17.04.2026An account with no login or play for 12 months starts paying a monthly fee from its balance until it is empty.
12.1. [...] Once your Account becomes inactive, we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent), deducted from your remaining balance.
T&C 12.1, last updated 17.04.2026The safety tools have gaps. Deposit limits do not reliably cover crypto and some crypto deposits may still go through during a cooling-off break. Sports bets sit outside the loss and wager limits, and a cooling-off break does not stop a sports bet from your balance.
The loss limit and wager limit are currently not applicable for Sportsbook bets. The cooling-off limit currently does not prevent you from making a Sportsbook bet if you have an available balance.
Responsible Gaming page, sportsbook limits section and article 2.1; T&C 10.5The welcome bonus and the weekday reloads carry no cap on what you can cash out. The general cap of 10x the deposit only applies to match offers of 300% or more, and none of the current offers comes close.
2.4. For deposit match bonuses with 300% offer and above, the maximum withdrawable amount from winnings generated during the bonus session is limited to ten (10) times the player’s deposit
Bonus Policy 2.4 and sections 3-4; offer cards, 11 Oct 2026Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and sit outside the daily, weekly and monthly caps.
11.8. [...] Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.
T&C 11.8, on screen again 11 Oct 2026If support cannot settle a complaint, the T&C name an outside dispute service, EGIS, that works under the Tobique Gaming Commission.
15.5. [...] If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to an independent ADR body. We cooperate with EGIS
T&C 15.5, last updated 17.04.2026

What we could not check
Some things only show up once money moves, and we moved none at LuckyVibe.
- We did not deposit or withdraw real money at LuckyVibe. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
- We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
- The value of each free spin in the welcome package and the reloads; neither the offer cards nor the bonus terms state it.
- Bank transfer payout time: the Payments page says 3-5 banking days, T&C 11.10 says bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.
- Which games count less or are locked while a bonus is active: the bonus terms point to 'article 5.4', but the games list is printed under 8.4, and it ends with 'all jackpot slots'.
- What T&C 9.4 means by 'a deposits-to-bonus ratio exceeding 50%'; the terms list it as promotion abuse without explaining it.
- The regulator's validation page shows no licence number or grant date; the number 0000064 is the casino's own statement.
- The FAQ says all games hold Random Number Generation certificates; we did not see a certificate on the site.
- Support response times and how long ID checks take in practice.
Questions we keep getting
Is LuckyVibe licensed and who runs it?
Yes. It holds licence 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission, and the regulator’s validation page shows it as VALID. The operator is Metlait SRL, a Costa Rica company with a published address and company number. It is an offshore licence, so no New Zealand authority supervises the site.
How long do I have to clear the LuckyVibe welcome bonus?
Three days from the moment the bonus is credited, at 40x. On a NZ$100 bonus that means NZ$4,000 of wagering, roughly 1,333 spins a day at NZ$1. The free spins also have to be activated within three days of being credited.
Do I have to wager my deposit before I can withdraw at LuckyVibe?
Yes. T&C 9.7 requires every deposit to be played through three times before withdrawal, bonus or no bonus. Deposit NZ$100 and you need NZ$300 of bets first. The casino also reserves the right to charge a fee or refuse the payout if you have not met it.
How fast are LuckyVibe withdrawals to New Zealand?
The casino’s own figures put e-wallets and crypto at instant, cards at 1-3 banking days and bank transfer at 3-5 banking days. The terms say withdrawals are processed within 72 hours of approval, and bank transfers within 3 business days. We did not test any of these, and an ID check sits in front of the first payout.
