Jet runs a casino and a sportsbook on one site, with an active Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, a New Zealand dollar account preset at sign-up, and markets on more than 30 sports next to the pokies. The headline numbers are large.

The house rules decide more than the offer size. Every deposit has to be played through once before you cash out, a 10% cut can be taken if it was not, and two clauses give Jet the final word on bonus disputes and game results. We read the terms in full, including the bonus rules in section 10, checked the licence with the regulator, and took screenshots from a New Zealand connection on 12 Oct 2026. We did not deposit, play or withdraw real money at Jet. Our one-line read: a licensed casino with NZD accounts and a 24-hour processing promise, held back by terms that cost the player.

Where Jet fits, and where it doesn’t

If you want a Curaçao-licensed site that speaks NZD, publishes its operator details and runs payouts on a 24-hour clock, Jet clears those bars. If you want to deposit, take a bonus and withdraw in the same week, the terms make that difficult. The published paperwork decides which of those you get.

Good fit if:

  • You want a licensed casino with a NZD account and a certificate you can check yourself.
  • You like a pokies lobby with Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Spinomenal and Evolution among the studios.
  • You want withdrawals processed within 24 hours of the request, as the terms promise.

Think twice if:

  • You expect to cash out before wagering each deposit once.
  • You want the welcome bonus to leave you ahead after the wagering is done.
  • You want deposit limits you can set yourself in the account area, not by email to support.

Six out of twelve on the published paperwork

Our check is twelve yes-or-no questions answered from documents anyone can read: the terms, the bonus rules, the FAQ, the responsible gambling page and the regulator’s certificate. An unclear answer scores nothing, so a silent term counts against the casino. Jet met half of them. It earned points for a licence that shows as Active on the regulator’s own site, for naming its operator, company number and address in the terms, for leaving New Zealand off the restricted list, for the NZD account, for the published 24-hour processing, and for a sign-up offer card that matches the bonus terms. The other six went against the player: one-sided wording, fees, the wager-your-deposit rule, the value of the welcome bonus, a cash-out cap, and player limits that exist only behind a support request. Same method for every brand we score.

6/12Jet meets 6 of our 12 points

The 2nd to 4th deposits are not broken down anywhere.

What the welcome offer is worth on a NZ$100 deposit

At sign-up you choose between a sports bonus and the Casino Bonus: 100% up to NZ$600 plus up to 500 free spins, from a first deposit of at least NZ$20. Put in NZ$100 and you get a NZ$100 bonus on 40x wagering, so NZ$4,000 of play before anything comes out. Slots return about 96% on average, which makes each NZ$1 wagered cost roughly 4 cents. NZ$4,000 of turnover costs about NZ$160. The bonus is NZ$100. That leaves -NZ$60.

Three rules make the arithmetic worse. A deposit bonus takes your own deposit into the bonus balance, so your NZ$100 is bonus money until the wagering finishes. Without its own rule, a bonus counts only NZ$10 of each bet towards the requirement, so a NZ$20 spin moves the meter by half. Games marked Real Money cannot be played with bonus money, and starting one cancels the bonus funds, while slots with adjustable volatility and every non-slot game count 0%. The sign-up sheet shows no time limit for the welcome bonus.

Costs much more than it gives (-60% of the bonus survives its own wagering)

Biggest bet while wagering
No bet ban stated; only NZ$10 of each bet counts towards the wagering (T&C 10.2.6 default, the sheet sets none)
Most you can cash out
NZ$1,000 - Sign-up sheet: Max. Winnings from Bonus 10X the bonus amount, so NZ$1,000 on a NZ$100 bonus
Free spins (not counted above)
Up to 500 on Mechanical Clover, scaled to the deposit: 50 from NZ$20, 75 from NZ$30, 100 from NZ$60, 250 from NZ$150, 500 from NZ$300; spin winnings 30x, capped at 10X; spin value not stated

How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.

The cap applies: whatever the bonus wins, you keep at most ten times the bonus amount, so NZ$1,000 on a NZ$100 deposit. The free spins carry the same 10X line at 30x wagering (sign-up sheet). Cost it out first with our wagering calculator.

Paying in and cashing out from New Zealand

The account is preset to New Zealand and the New Zealand dollar, and the payout caps are set in NZD: NZ$6,000 a day, NZ$30,000 a week and NZ$120,000 a month at LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 3 (T&C 8.13.6). Those NZD figures sit in blocks the site shows only to logged-in players; a visitor sees blanks, as in our screenshot, so we read them in the page code served to our New Zealand connection. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request, except for the cases the terms list (T&C 8.13.6), and the FAQ says the money can take up to five business days to reach you. Those are the published figures for a NZD account. See our NZD casinos section.

The gap is method detail. There is no public payments page, nothing lists minimum deposits or withdrawals, payout times or fees per method, and the crypto guide linked from the terms sends you back to the home page. The card, e-wallet and voucher logos on the home page are just logos; they do not say which methods pay out. Jet’s terms name cards such as Visa, e-wallets including Skrill and Neteller, mobile payments and crypto, with a note to ask support which work in your country. Bitcoin is named on the home page, and crypto payouts are only for winnings from crypto deposits.

There is no public payments page: no page lists minimums, payout times or fees per method, and the crypto guide linked from T&C 8.1 (/faq/cryptocurrency) sent us back to the home page. The limits on the way out

Limits rise with status. LEVEL 4 to LEVEL 7 gets NZ$15,000 a day, NZ$75,000 a week and NZ$300,000 a month. LEVEL 8 to LEVEL 10 gets NZ$22,500, NZ$112,500 and NZ$675,000, with higher figures available by individual agreement. The floor matters more: before any withdrawal, each deposit has to be wagered once (T&C 8.13.4). Ask for a payout sooner and Jet can cancel the request or keep 10% (T&C 8.13.4). Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full as one payment (T&C 8.18). See our fast payout list for other brands.

Who runs it and who licenses it

The operator is Galaktika N.V., company number 140803, at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment processing sits with Unionstar Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, a subsidiary of the same group. The licence is Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/169/0146, granted 28 Oct 2024, status Active, issued for the domain jet.casino. We followed the footer seal to the regulator’s certificate page and found exactly that. Curaçao law applies and the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction (T&C 27), so a dispute does not travel to a New Zealand courtroom. Support comes first, then the casino administration; after that the terms point to independent institutions or official gambling authorities (T&C 22.1). See our gambling law guide.

Limits and breaks you can set

Deposit, loss and bet limits exist here as requests to support, not switches. The terms list them among the restrictions you ask support to set by email (T&C 17.4), and the Responsible Gambling page never mentions deposit limits at all. A cooling-off break is a temporary restriction you request from support, self-exclusion is a permanent one, and no lengths are given for either (Responsible Gambling page; T&C 17.4). Session reminders are named only in promotional text. The help services listed are GamCare, Gambling Therapy, Gordon Moody Association and Gamblers Anonymous, plus a five-question self-test (Responsible Gambling Policy page). No New Zealand service is named.

  • ~Deposit limitsT&C 17.4 list 'Deposit' among the restrictions you ask support to set by email ([email protected]). The Responsible Gambling page does not mention deposit limits, and no amounts or periods are described.
  • ~Loss or wager limitsT&C 17.4 also list 'Loss' and 'Bet' restrictions, set through support; not explained further.
  • ?Session remindersNo page says how to set one. The home page's promotional text names session reminders only in general terms, and T&C 17.3 say you can track the time and money you spend in your personal account.

Clauses worth reading twice

These clauses affect what a session at Jet costs.

  1. Every deposit has to be played through once before you cash out, bonus or not. Ask for a withdrawal sooner and the casino can cancel it or keep 10% of the amount.

The Company has the right to cancel the withdrawal until the wagering requirements are met or to withhold a 10% commission from the amount to be withdrawn by debiting a user’s balance in order to recover payout processing fees.

T&C 8.13.4 (rule for 'other countries': 1X the deposit), version updated 30 September 2026
  2. Whatever the welcome bonus wins, at most ten times the bonus can be kept: NZ$1,000 on the NZ$100 bonus a NZ$100 deposit earns. The free spins carry the same 10X line.

Max. Winnings from Bonus 10X the bonus amount

Casino Bonus sheet in the sign-up form, 12 Oct 2026
  3. A deposit bonus takes your own deposit into the bonus balance with it. Ask for a withdrawal before the wagering is done and the bonus is cancelled, together with bonus winnings above the bonus amount.

If you submit a withdrawal request before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled. Please note that in this case, you will lose all bonuses and bonus winnings that exceed the bonus amount.

T&C 10.3.4 (with 10.2.1 on the deposit going to the bonus balance)
  4. Games marked Real Money (RM) cannot be played with bonus money, and starting one while a deposit bonus is running cancels the bonus funds. Slots with adjustable volatility and all non-slot games count 0% towards wagering.

If you start playing Real Money games with an active deposit bonus, your bonus funds will be cancelled.

    T&C 10.4.4 (10.3.3 on game weighting)
  5. If the casino decides you abused a bonus, it can freeze or void bonuses without giving reasons, and its decision is final.

All decisions of the Company made under general clauses 10.7 and 10.8 are final and not subject to review, unless otherwise provided by law and/or these Terms.

T&C 10.8.5 (10.8.4: no obligation to give reasons)
  6. In a disagreement over a game result or your balance, the casino's server record wins, and the terms call that final and incontestable.

Your account balance is the amount currently stored on the Company's server, even if it is different from the amount displayed on your screen. This principle shall be deemed final and incontestable.

    T&C 22.2
  7. Do not keep playing after you ask for a payout. Until the payment provider takes the request, new bets can be paid from the money waiting to go out, and the request is then cancelled for good.

    In such circumstances, withdrawal requests shall be cancelled sequentially, starting with the most recently submitted request, until the total amount of the cancelled requests is sufficient to fully cover the amount of the bet;

    T&C 8.13.5.1
  8. The home page labels games with 'RTP' figures far above 100% under a heading about the last hour. Those can only be short-term results; a game's long-term return to player is always below 100%, so do not pick games by these tags.

HOT GAMES FOR LAST 1 HOUR [...] RTP: 278.00%

Home page for a New Zealand visitor, 12 Oct 2026 (the figures change during the day)
  9. The T&C promise to process a withdrawal within 24 hours of the request, and the FAQ calls 24 hours the maximum; extra checks on larger sums are capped at 48 hours.

The Casino processes payouts within 24 hours of receiving a withdrawal request, except in the cases specified below.

What we could not check

Some figures on this page are the casino’s published numbers, not our own timings. Where a term is silent or hidden from a logged-out visitor, we have said so.

  • We did not deposit or withdraw real money at Jet. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
  • We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
  • How long the welcome bonus lasts. The sign-up sheet gives no time limit, so the daily pace of the 40x is not calculated. The FAQ says deposit bonuses are valid for 72 hours after activation, but that line sits in the answer on bonus-code free spins, so we did not apply it to the welcome bonus.
  • What the 40X applies to. The sheet shows only 'Bonus Wagering Requirement 40X'; we used the FAQ definition (a multiplier of the bonus amount). If it covered deposit plus bonus, the turnover on a NZ$100 deposit would be NZ$8,000 instead of NZ$4,000.
  • The value of each free spin, and what 'Max. Winnings from FS: 10X the bonus amount' is measured against.
  • The 2nd to 4th welcome deposits (75%, 75%, 50%) and the weekly reload: maximum bonus, minimum deposit, wagering and time limit are not published.
  • There is no public payments page. Minimum deposits and withdrawals, payout times and fees per method are not published, and the home page logos do not show which methods pay out.
  • Most NZD amounts in the T&C, the FAQ and the Statuses page (payout limits, ID thresholds, the NZ$10 bet rule, the birthday and social bonus thresholds, the JetCoin rate) sit in currency blocks the site hides from a visitor who is not logged in; on screen they are blank (for example '/ / for players with LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, or LEVEL 3 status.'). We took them from the page code served to our New Zealand connection, which held NZD versions only. A logged-in NZD account may see different figures.
  • The NZD equivalents of the euro bands used for cashback.
  • Support response times and how long ID checks take in practice; the T&C allow 10 days to review documents and say it can take longer.
  • The separate Sports and V-Sports rules (linked from T&C 29 and 30) were not read; they matter only for sports betting.

Common questions

Is Jet Casino licensed and safe for New Zealand players?

The regulator’s certificate shows licence OGL/2024/169/0146 for jet.casino, granted 28 Oct 2024 and Active when we checked on 12 Oct 2026, with Galaktika N.V. as operator. New Zealand is not on the restricted list, so the terms allow sign-up. Licensed, yes. Not protected like a local operator: Curaçao courts have exclusive jurisdiction, and the casino’s server record is final in a balance dispute.

Can I play at Jet in NZ dollars?

Yes. The sign-up form is preset to New Zealand and the New Zealand dollar, and the terms write their payout caps in NZD. Some other figures are not local: cashback bands are set in euros, crypto payout limits in dollars, and tournament prize pools convert at a fixed 1 EUR to 2 NZD.

How fast does Jet pay out, and are there fees?

The terms promise processing within 24 hours of the request (T&C 8.13.6), with up to 48 hours of extra checks on withdrawals over NZ$1,875 (T&C 8.16), and the FAQ says the money can take up to five business days to arrive. Fees per method are not published. What is published is the 10% the casino can keep if a deposit was not wagered once.

Is the Jet welcome bonus worth taking?

On our NZ$100 test it is not. NZ$4,000 of turnover at about 4 cents per NZ$1 costs roughly NZ$160 against a NZ$100 bonus, leaving -NZ$60 before the 10x win cap. Cost it out first.

I’m not your pastor, and I’m not here to save souls. But after years studying digital user behavior, working inside a gaming startup, and seeing NZ gambling law, RNG fairness, and bonus T&Cs twisted to hook players, I can’t sit quiet. I know how mobile casinos are built — I helped design some of the hooks. Now I tear them apart, call out the scams, and show players (especially the young ones) where the fun stops and the trap begins.
