✓ on record ~ partly or unclear ✗ missing or against you ? not checked
1GO suits a New Zealand player who wants to hold an account in New Zealand dollars and pick from a long studio list. It is a Curaçao-licensed casino reached through a numbered mirror, and the licence behind that mirror is one we could check. The fine print is heavy, though: every deposit has to be wagered once before it leaves, and the safety tools live behind a support email.
Here is how we worked. We are not players here. We read the Terms and Conditions in full, all 26 sections plus the bonus rules in section 10, worked through the welcome bonus sheet in the sign-up form, the FAQ and the Responsible Gambling Policy, checked the licence with the Curaçao regulator, and took our screenshots from a New Zealand connection on 11 Oct 2026. We did not deposit, play or withdraw. Our one-line take: a New Zealand dollar account sitting under terms that cost you money.
Is 1GO worth your time?
The good news is concrete. New Zealand is not on the restricted list in T&C 4.4, and the sign-up form already sits on New Zealand and the New Zealand dollar. Withdrawals are published as processed within 24 hours of the request (T&C 8.13.6), which is a published figure rather than our own timing. The catch: once a deposit lands it must be wagered once before anything comes out, and the welcome bonus cost more than it gave on our NZ$100 test.
Good fit if:
- you want a New Zealand dollar account and a lobby with a long studio list;
- you are happy to be paid back to the method you deposited with, crypto included (T&C 8.13.2);
- you like a published daily withdrawal limit that grows with loyalty status, starting at NZ$6,000.
Think twice if:
- 40x wagering with a 10x cap on winnings is more than you want to take on;
- you want self-service limits, because every break here goes through support;
- you expect a payments page listing minimums, fees and payout times – there is not one.
18+. Spintown.nz earns a commission if you sign up through this link. It does not change any number on this page.
Five out of twelve
Our 12-point check asks twelve yes-or-no questions of the published documents and awards a point for each answer that lands in the player’s favour. An unclear answer scores nothing, which is deliberate: unclear means the paper is missing rather than wrong. 1GO scores 5/12. The points won are real – the licence is Active on the regulator’s own site, the operator’s company number and address are published, New Zealand is not excluded, an NZD account exists, and a 24-hour processing figure is stated. The seven misses are about control and cost. T&C 10.8.5 make the casino’s bonus-abuse decisions final, T&C 22.2 call the server record final and incontestable. The terms allow fees, your own deposit must be wagered once, the welcome bonus cost more than it gave, the winnings are capped, and the bonus page sells a package the terms do not describe, and every safety tool goes through support. Our how we review page has the full method.

Money
- ✓NZD account availableThe sign-up form offers New Zealand dollar (preset) and the T&C give limits in NZD.
- ✗No casino fees on deposits or withdrawalsT&C 8.13.4: 10% kept if a deposit was not wagered once, up to 25% for a 'risk-free strategy'; 11.6: refund on closure subject to a withdrawal fee; 8.21: an extra fee may be added to exchange rates.
- ✓Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (published figure)T&C 8.13.6: payments processed no later than 24 hours after the request (the FAQ calls 24 hours the maximum); 8.14 allow up to 48 hours of extra checks over NZ$1,875.
- ✗No rule to wager your own deposit before cashing outT&C 8.13.4: for New Zealand ('other countries') each deposit must be wagered 1X before withdrawal.
Bonus
- ✗Welcome bonus does not cost more than it gives (NZ$100 test)-NZ$90 left of a NZ$150 bonus after wagering.
- ✗No cash-out cap on winnings from the welcome bonusWelcome sheet: Max. Winnings from Bonus 10X the bonus amount.
- ?Offer card and bonus terms describe the same offerThe banner (up to NZ$600 on the first deposit) and the sign-up sheet (150%, 40, 10x cap) agree, but the Bonuses page sells a 225% + up to 400 FS package that no public page breaks down, so we cannot match it to any terms.
Protection
- ✗Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion explained publiclyDeposit limits are only named in a list in T&C 17.4 and set through support; the Responsible Gambling page describes only a temporary or permanent restriction requested from support.
One point for each question the published documents answer in the player's favour. Unclear answers score nothing until the casino clarifies them in writing.
What the welcome offer is worth on NZ$100
The sign-up sheet offers 150% on your first deposit, from NZ$20, up to NZ$600. On a NZ$100 deposit that is a NZ$150 bonus at 40x the bonus amount, so NZ$6,000 of play before anything is withdrawable. Pokies return about 96% on average, which makes each NZ$1 wagered cost roughly 4 cents. NZ$6,000 at that rate is about NZ$240 of expected loss against a NZ$150 bonus, and our value test lands at minus NZ$90: it costs much more than it gives.
The small print tightens it. Slots count 100%, but adjustable-volatility slots, Real Money slots and every other game count 0%, and jackpot games never count (10.3.3, 10.2.9). Unless a bonus sets its own rule, only NZ$10 of each bet counts towards wagering (10.2.6), and this offer sets none. Winnings are capped at 10x the bonus, so NZ$1,500 here, and no time limit is published, which leaves nobody able to work out a sensible daily pace. The Bonuses page, meanwhile, advertises a 225% plus up to 400 free spins package that no public page breaks down.
| You deposit | NZ$100 |
|---|---|
| Bonus at 150% | + NZ$150 |
| Wagering: 40x on bonus only | NZ$6,000 to turn over |
| Average cost of that play (96% RTP pokies) | - NZ$240 |
| Bonus value left | -NZ$90 |
Costs much more than it gives (-60% of the bonus survives its own wagering)
- Biggest bet while wagering
- No bet ban stated; only NZ$10 of each bet counts towards the wagering (T&C 10.2.6 default, the offer sets none)
- Most you can cash out
- NZ$1,500 - Welcome sheet: Max. Winnings from Bonus 10X the bonus amount, so NZ$1,500 on a NZ$150 bonus
- Free spins (not counted above)
- None on the first deposit sheet. The Bonuses page sells the whole Welcome Package as 225% + up to 400 FS, but how the rest of the match and the spins are split is not published
How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.
The catch is the cap plus the missing clock. A NZ$1,500 ceiling on a bonus needing NZ$6,000 of turnover means even a lucky run cannot take more than NZ$1,500 out, so do your own sums first. Our wagering calculator runs the 40x figure for you. If the reload card tempts you – up to 50% and up to 135 free spins each week on a deposit from NZ$80 – note the card shows no wagering, no maximum and no time limit either, which we go through on our reload bonus page.

Paying in and cashing out from New Zealand
Your account can be in New Zealand dollars, and the terms give their limits in NZD. What you cannot do is read a payments page, because 1GO does not publish one. The only page under payments is a crypto guide that names the tokens – BTC, ETH, USDT on ERC-20 and TRC-20, TRX, DOGE, BCH, LTC, XRP – and gives no minimums, fees or payout times. The card, Skrill and Paysafecard rows on the home page are logos shown to a New Zealand visitor, and logos never say which methods pay out. T&C 8.1 name cards, e-wallets, mobile payments and crypto, then send you to support to ask what works in your country.
Crypto carries one rule: you can only be paid in crypto if you deposited in crypto (T&C 8.1, 8.21). Withdrawals are processed by 1GO no later than 24 hours after the request (8.13.6), with up to 48 hours of extra checks once you are over NZ$1,875 (8.14), and the FAQ adds up to 5 business days to reach you. Before any of that, each deposit must be wagered once or the casino may cancel the request or keep 10% (8.13.4).

| Crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20), TRX, DOGE, BCH, LTC, XRP | Crypto | Not published | Network time: usually minutes, sometimes several hours (crypto guide) | Yes | Only winnings from crypto deposits (T&C 8.1, 8.21); processed within 24 hours (T&C 8.13.6) | Not published; T&C 8.13.4 let the casino keep 10% if the deposit was not wagered once |
There is no public payments page: the only payments page is a crypto guide (/payments/cryptocurrency) that names the tokens but gives no minimums, payout times or fees. The card, Skrill and Paysafecard rows are the payment logos on the home page shown to a New Zealand visitor on 10 and 11 Oct 2026; logos do not say which methods pay out. T&C 8.1 name cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), e-wallets, mobile phone payments and crypto, and tell players to ask support which methods work in their country.

Where the payout caps sit
The caps move with loyalty status. At START and READY the daily limit is NZ$6,000, at STEADY NZ$15,000, and at GO there is no daily limit at all (8.21); crypto is capped at 1,000,000 $ a month below GO. The monthly cap is NZ$187,500 unless you agree otherwise, a 7-day limit is checked too (8.22.2) with no base figure published, and each window is the higher of the base limit and 3x your deposits in that period (8.22.3). The casino may change those base limits and the multiplier without notice (8.22.4). Identity checks bite at set levels: ID for crypto withdrawals of NZ$1,875 or more (8.13.3), checks once deposits pass NZ$3,000, source of funds past NZ$15,000 (8.17, 8.18), with 10 days to send documents and withdrawals suspended meanwhile (8.20.1). Jackpots are paid in full as one payment (8.16).

Who runs 1GO, and who licenses it
The operator is Galaktika N.V., company number 140803, Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. The licence is Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/169/0146, granted 28 Oct 2024, status Active. Here is the wrinkle. We followed the licence seal in the footer of the site our link opened – 1gocasino2132.com, a numbered mirror. The seal pointed to cert.gcb.cw, which forwarded to the regulator’s certificate page, and that certificate names Galaktika N.V. and licence OGL/2024/169/0146 for 1gocasino.com. The mirror is not named on it. The company and licence match across the site, but the domain you land on does not match the certificate. Payments run through Unionstar Limited in Limassol, Cyprus (HE 356131), a Galaktika N.V. subsidiary (T&C 2), and disputes end in the courts of Curaçao under Curaçao law (22.6). In plain words, an offshore licence gives you a regulator that confirms the operator exists, not one that chases a withdrawal for you. We set that out on our gambling law page.

Setting a limit means emailing support
1GO describes no self-service controls anywhere public. T&C 17.4 list deposit, loss and bet restrictions among the things you ask support to set by email, and the Responsible Gambling page does not mention deposit limits at all – no amounts, no periods. Session reminders are not mentioned; T&C 17.3 only say you can track your time and spending in your account. A cooling-off break means contacting support for a temporary restriction, with no lengths given. Self-exclusion is a permanent restriction through support, and you can close the account by emailing [email protected] (T&C 13.1). The policy lists GamCare, Gambling Therapy, Gordon Moody Association and Gamblers Anonymous plus a five-question self-test, and no New Zealand help service is named. That is a thin set of tools next to a 40x bonus, and we cannot describe how the settings feel inside the account, because we never opened one.
- ~Deposit limitsT&C 17.4 list 'Deposit' among restrictions you ask support to set by email. The Responsible Gambling page does not mention deposit limits, and no amounts or periods are described.

More than 100 studios in the lobby
1GO’s providers list names many studios, and among the names we noted are Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, PG Soft, Novomatic, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Playtech, Betsoft, Spribe and Evolution for live games. A sportsbook and V-sports betting sit alongside the pokies. One caution if you claim a bonus: adjustable-volatility slots, Real Money slots and jackpot games do not count towards wagering, so that studio list shrinks sharply once bonus money is in play.

Clauses worth reading twice
Ten clauses stood out, and six of them work against the player.
Every deposit has to be played through once before you cash out, bonus or not. Ask for a withdrawal sooner and the casino can cancel it or keep 10% of the amount.
The Company has the right to cancel the withdrawal until the wagering requirements are met or to withhold a 10% commission from the amount to be withdrawn by debiting a user’s balance in order to recover payout processing fees.
T&C 8.13.4 (rule for 'other countries': 1X the deposit), version updated 2 October 2026Whatever the welcome bonus wins, at most ten times the bonus can be kept. On the NZ$150 bonus a NZ$100 deposit earns, that is NZ$1,500.
Max. Winnings from Bonus: 10X the bonus amount
Welcome Bonuses sheet (Casino Bonus) in the sign-up form, 11 Oct 2026A deposit bonus takes your own deposit into the bonus balance with it. Ask for a withdrawal before the wagering is done and the bonus is cancelled, together with bonus winnings above the bonus amount.
If you submit a withdrawal request before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled. Please note that in this case, you will lose all bonuses and any bonus winnings that exceed the bonus amount.
T&C 10.3.4 (with 10.2.1 on the deposit going to the bonus balance)If the casino decides you abused a bonus, it can freeze or void bonuses without giving reasons, and its decision is final.
All decisions of the Company made under general clauses 10.7 and 10.8 are final and not subject to review, unless otherwise provided by law and/or these Terms.
T&C 10.8.5 (10.8.4: no obligation to give reasons)In a disagreement over a game result or your balance, the casino's server record wins, and the terms call that final and incontestable.
Your account balance is the amount currently stored on the Company’s server, even if it is different from the amount displayed on your screen. This principle shall be deemed final and incontestable.
T&C 22.2The weekly reload card shows no wagering, no maximum and no time limit. The FAQ says these details go out in newsletters and similar channels, so you only learn them after you sign up.
The wagering requirements are indicated in the newsletter or other sources where the casino publishes bonus details.
FAQ, Bonuses 11, read 10 Oct 2026; reload card on the Bonuses page, 11 Oct 2026Do not keep playing after you ask for a payout. Until the payment provider takes the request, new bets can be paid from the money waiting to go out, and the request is then cancelled for good.
In such circumstances, withdrawal requests shall be cancelled sequentially, starting with the most recently submitted request, until the total amount of the cancelled requests is sufficient to fully cover the amount of the bet;
T&C 8.13.5.1Our link landed on a numbered mirror, 1gocasino2132.com. Its licence seal opens the regulator's certificate, which is issued for 1gocasino.com, not for the mirror.
This is to certify that 1gocasino.com is operated by Galaktika N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 140803
Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate reached through the seal, 11 Oct 2026The T&C promise to process a withdrawal within 24 hours of the request; extra checks on larger sums are capped at 48 hours.
The Casino processes payments no later than 24 hours after receiving the withdrawal request, except as specified below.
T&C 8.13.6 (8.14: up to 48 hours of checks over NZ$1,875)Jackpot wins are not split into instalments.
All current jackpot winnings are paid out in full as one payment, provided that all conditions are met.

What we could not check
Plenty, and it is the honest part of any review. We never deposited at 1GO, so every payout time on this page is the casino’s published figure rather than our own timing. We never opened an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen. Payment minimums and fees per method are not published anywhere. We will not invent them.
- We did not deposit or withdraw real money at 1GO. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
- We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
- The full welcome package. The Bonuses page advertises 225% + up to 400 FS, but the only public details (the sign-up sheet and the home banner) cover a 150% first deposit bonus up to NZ$600 with no spins. How the rest of the 225% and the 400 spins are split, and their wagering, is not published.
- How long the welcome bonus lasts. The sheet gives no time limit, so the daily pace of the 40x is not calculated. The FAQ says deposit bonuses are valid for 72 hours after activation, but that line sits in the answer on bonus-code free spins, so we did not apply it to the welcome bonus.
- What the 40 applies to. The sheet shows only 'Bonus Wagering Requirement: 40'; we used the FAQ definition (a multiplier of the bonus amount). If it covered deposit plus bonus, the turnover on a NZ$100 deposit would be NZ$10,000 instead of NZ$6,000. The NZ$600 maximum comes from the home banner, not the sheet.
- The weekly reload's wagering, maximum bonus, time limit and exact percentage ('up to 50%').
- There is no public payments page. Minimum deposits and withdrawals, payout times and fees per method are not published, and the home page logos do not show which methods pay out.
- The regulator's certificate is issued for 1gocasino.com; the mirror our link opened is not named on it. We did not open 1gocasino.com, as it is not our link.
- The NZD equivalents of the euro bands used for cashback.
- Support response times and how long ID checks take in practice; the T&C allow 10 days to review documents and say it can take longer.
Questions we get about 1GO
Is 1GO licensed, and who runs it?
Yes, and it checks out. Galaktika N.V., company number 140803 in Curaçao, holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/169/0146, granted 28 Oct 2024 and showing as Active. The certificate names 1gocasino.com, while our link landed on the mirror 1gocasino2132.com, which is not named on it.
Can I play at 1GO in my own currency?
If your currency is the New Zealand dollar, yes. The sign-up form is preset to New Zealand and NZD, and the T&C give their limits in NZD. Cashback bands are written in euros, and tournament prizes convert at a fixed 1 EUR to 2 NZD (T&C 9.4), so not every figure you meet will be in your money.
How fast does 1GO pay out?
The published figure is no later than 24 hours after the request (T&C 8.13.6), with up to 48 hours of extra checks on withdrawals over NZ$1,875 (8.14). The FAQ then says the money can take up to 5 business days to arrive. We have not tested it, so treat those as claims rather than timings.
Is the 1GO welcome bonus worth taking?
On our NZ$100 test, no. It left minus NZ$90 after expected pokies losses: a NZ$150 bonus at 40x means NZ$6,000 of turnover, winnings are capped at 10x the bonus (NZ$1,500), and only NZ$10 of each bet counts. If you claim it anyway, read the cap and the counting rule first.
