QuickWin puts a casino and a sportsbook behind one login, and the pokies lobby is why most people will end up there. The Providers page lists studios including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Spinomenal and Yggdrasil. An NZD balance is offered, so you are not converting in and out of dollars, and New Zealand is not on the restricted countries list.
Several terms stand out. No company and no licence number is named anywhere on the site. Every deposit has to be wagered once before you cash out, or the casino may keep 10% of it, or 15% if you paid by card or bank transfer. The welcome offer carries 35x deposit plus bonus wagering and a 10x cap on what can be released. We read the Terms and Conditions and the bonus terms, opened the payments page as a New Zealand visitor, looked for a licence we could check with a regulator and found none, and took screenshots from a New Zealand connection. We did not deposit, play or withdraw for real money. On the paperwork, the lobby is broad and the paper trail is thin.
What we found in short
Two of our twelve checks went QuickWin’s way. Ten did not, and most of the misses come down to documents that are not published or contradict the marketing page.
Good fit if:
- you want pokies and sports betting under one login, with a large list of studios to choose from;
- you would rather hold your balance in NZD than convert every time;
- you read bonus terms closely and will walk away from an offer when the numbers are bad.
Think twice if:
- you want to know who you are dealing with – no operator name, company number, address or licence number appears anywhere;
- you plan to take the welcome bonus, which needs NZ$8,750 of bets in 10 days on a NZ$100 deposit and caps the release at 10x the bonus;
- you want your deposit back out without playing it through, since T&C 6.8 allow a 10-15% commission.
18+. Spintown.nz earns a commission if you sign up through this link. It does not change any number on this page.
The 12-point check: two answers went our way
The check is twelve yes/no questions, each answered from what the casino publishes. If a document does not answer a question clearly, the question scores nothing. QuickWin scored 2/12. The two points came from New Zealand not being on the restricted list and an NZD account being available. It lost the rest: no licence number, company name or address; a clause that makes the company’s decision final; a 10-15% commission on deposits that were not played through; three business days to process a withdrawal; a minimum rollover of x1 on deposits; a welcome bonus that costs more than it gives; a cash-out cap on the welcome bonus; an offer card that does not match its own terms; and no deposit limits, breaks or self-exclusion explained on any public page. Our review method page sets out how we score all of this.
Paper
- ✗Licence shown as active on the regulator's own siteNo licence number, licence holder or seal is published; the home page only mentions a "Curacao eGaming License", so nothing could be checked at a regulator (10-11 Oct 2026).
- ✗Operator, company number and address published in the termsT&C 1.4 refer only to "the company operating the Website"; no name, company number or address in the T&C, Privacy Notice, About Us or help centre.
- ✓New Zealand is not on the restricted countries listNew Zealand is not on the T&C 2.3 list of Excluded Jurisdictions or the 7.5 list of countries barred from promotions; 15.3 only block one slot in NZ (read 10 and 11 Oct 2026).
- ✗No one-sided rules on wording or the final say in disputesT&C 7.3 and 8.5 make the company's decision final and non-negotiable in disputes about promotions, bets and winnings. (1.5 only says the English version prevails.)
Money
- ✓NZD account availableThe Payments page offers New Zealand Dollar (or Euro) to a New Zealand visitor; T&C 6.11 set the limits in NZD.
- ✗No casino fees on deposits or withdrawalsT&C 6.8 let the casino keep a 10% commission, 15% for card or bank transfer deposits, if a deposit was not wagered once; 6.18 add NZ$10 a month on inactive accounts.
- ✗Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (published figure)T&C 6.15: withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, 6 AM-5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.
- ✗No rule to wager your own deposit before cashing outT&C 6.8: minimum rollover of x1 on deposits before a withdrawal; 6.7 add a NZ$40 monthly wagering minimum.
Bonus
- ✗Welcome bonus does not cost more than it gives (NZ$100 test)-NZ$100 left of a NZ$150 bonus after wagering.
- ✗No cash-out cap on winnings from the welcome bonusWelcome terms 18: at most 10x the bonus can be released; 19 cap free spin winnings at NZ$100 for up to 50 spins.
- ✗Offer card and bonus terms describe the same offerOffer card: 250% up to $4,000 + 150 Free Spins. Terms 3-5: 150%, 50% and 50% over three deposits. Offer Rules ask for a $40 minimum deposit, clause 2 says 20 NZD.
Protection
- ✗Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion explained publiclyBreaks and self-exclusion only by contacting support; deposit limits are not explained on any public page.
One point for each question the published documents answer in the player's favour. Unclear answers score nothing until the casino clarifies them in writing.
What the welcome offer is worth on a hundred dollars
The promotions card says 250% up to $4,000 plus 150 free spins, which adds three deposits together. The first deposit takes 150% up to NZ$1,500 with 50 spins, and the next two take 50% each. On a NZ$100 deposit the first deposit bonus is NZ$150, which is the version we tested.
The terms require 35x deposit plus bonus, so NZ$8,750 of bets inside 10 days. That is roughly 875 spins a day at NZ$1 each. Our method assumes pokies return about 96%, and at that rate the expected cost of clearing it is more than the whole NZ$250 balance, the NZ$100 you put in plus the NZ$150 you were handed. Value left: -NZ$100. There is a NZ$200 maximum bet while a casino bonus is active, at most 10x the bonus can be released to your real balance, and free spin winnings are capped at NZ$100 for up to 50 spins. The offer page asks for a $40 minimum deposit while clause 2 of its terms says 20 NZD.
| You deposit | NZ$100 |
|---|---|
| Bonus at 150% | + NZ$150 |
| Wagering: 35x on deposit + bonus | NZ$8,750 to turn over |
| Average cost of that play (96% RTP pokies) | - NZ$250 |
| Bonus value left | -NZ$100 |
Costs much more than it gives (-67% of the bonus survives its own wagering)
- Time on the clock
- 10 days = about 875 spins a day at NZ$1 (tight)
- Biggest bet while wagering
- NZ$200 while a casino bonus is active (welcome terms 12)
- Most you can cash out
- NZ$1,500 - Welcome terms 18: at most 10x the bonus can be released to the real balance; free spin winnings are capped at NZ$100 for up to 50 spins (19)
- Free spins (not counted above)
- 50 with this deposit (150 over three deposits); slot and spin value not stated; winnings wagered 40x and capped at NZ$100
How the test works: we put NZ$100 through the offer exactly as its terms read. Pokies pay back about 96 cents per dollar staked on average, so every NZ$1 of wagering costs about 4 cents. What is left of the bonus after that cost is its real value. It is an average, not a forecast: a single session can land far above or below it.
The bonus terms add conditions. Real money is played first, the clock is 10 days, and asking for a withdrawal before wagering is met voids the bonus and its winnings. Only one bonus can run at a time, Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify, and the bonus must be claimed before betting the qualifying deposit. If you want to take it anyway, run your own deposit size through our wagering calculator first. At NZ$100, the numbers do not favour taking it.

The reloads and crypto offers run the same maths
Every other bonus on the promotions page was tested the same way.
| Offer | Deposit | Bonus | Wagering to clear | Value left | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome package, 1st deposit150% up to NZ$1,500 + 50 free spins, 35x deposit + bonus, from a $40 deposit, 10 days (card: 250% up to $4,000 + 150 spins over three deposits) | NZ$100 | NZ$150 | NZ$8,750 | -NZ$100 | Costs much more than it gives |

| Weekend Reload Bonus (opt-in, Friday to Sunday)50% up to NZ$1,400 from NZ$40, + 50 free spins from NZ$100, 35x deposit + bonus, 10 days | NZ$100 | NZ$50 | NZ$5,250 | -NZ$100 | Costs much more than it gives |
| Crypto Weekly Reload Bonus (opt-in, Monday to Thursday)60% up to 1,000 USDT (NZ$1,600), 30x (base not stated), from 50 USDT (NZ$88) | NZ$100 | NZ$60 | NZ$1,800 | -NZ$12 | Costs a little more than it gives |
| Weekend Crypto Reload Bonus (opt-in)75% up to 750 USDT (NZ$1,320) + free spins (100 on the promotions card), 30x (base not stated), from 75 USDT (NZ$132) | NZ$132 | NZ$99 | NZ$2,970 | -NZ$19.80 | Costs a little more than it gives |
Each offer is put through the same test: NZ$100, or the offer's minimum deposit if that is higher, and an average cost of 4 cents per NZ$1 wagered on pokies.
The second and third deposits, both 50%, carry the same 35x wagering. On a NZ$100 deposit you get a NZ$50 bonus, NZ$5,250 of wagering, an average cost of NZ$150 and minus NZ$100 left – the same loss for a third of the bonus. The Crypto Welcome Bonus takes 200% from 100 USDT, wagered 40x deposit plus bonus, and comes out at -NZ$176. The Weekend Reload is another 35x offer and lands at -NZ$100.
The two crypto reloads are at 30x, losing NZ$12 and NZ$19.80, but their terms never say whether the 30x applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus, so treat those two results as soft. The deposit bonuses on the page carry a 10x cash-out cap. The two cashbacks are for VIP levels only and are wagered once.

Paying in and cashing out from New Zealand
QuickWin does offer an NZD account: the Payments page gave a New Zealand visitor the choice of New Zealand Dollar or Euro. Set to New Zealand and NZD, both the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs showed “No payments found”, and a scan with Euro selected found the same. Everything below comes from a general help centre answer, the home page text and the coins the crypto welcome terms accept. No minimum, payout time or fee is confirmed for a New Zealand account.
What is published can be quoted. Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days of the request or of the last paid withdrawal, and the finance team works 6 AM-5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. A bank transfer can then take another 3-5 business days to arrive. The starting VIP level, Beginner, caps withdrawals at NZ$1,000 a day and NZ$13,000 a month. Before any withdrawal, each deposit has to be wagered once; if it is not, the casino may cancel all winnings and keep a 10% commission, or 15% on card and bank transfer deposits. A withdrawal can be declined if you have not wagered at least NZ$40 in the calendar month of the request. We keep a separate guide to NZD accounts.

The casino's public Payments page lists no methods for New Zealand: set to New Zealand and New Zealand Dollar it showed "No payments found." on both the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs on 11 Oct 2026, and our scan of 10 Oct 2026 found the same with Euro selected. These rows are built only from what public pages show: the help centre answer "What deposit options does website have?" (a general list of Bank Transfer, Sofort, Visa, Mastercard, Giropay, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum that "may differ depending on your location", with a minimum deposit of "$20 or currency equivalent" in general), the home page text naming Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and NETELLER "depending on your jurisdiction", the coins the Crypto Welcome Bonus terms accept, and the help centre answers on withdrawal times, read 11 Oct 2026. Sofort and Giropay are European bank methods and are left out. The footer logos (Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer, a Canadian method, on 10 Oct 2026) are not country-specific. No method, minimum, payout time or fee is confirmed for a New Zealand account.

Where the limits bite
No minimum withdrawal figure is published, and T&C 6.14 let the casino set minimum and maximum amounts per transaction. No more than 3 pending withdrawals are allowed at a time. Withdrawals up to the total deposited may be paid back to the card as refunds. Progressive jackpots get no stated exemption from the daily and monthly caps. Identity documents are due within 30 days of a request and usually checked within 10 days, longer for complex cases; the help centre says 24-48 hours once everything is in. If speed matters, compare our fast payout casinos.

Who runs it and who licenses it
This part matters. No company name, company number, address or licence number appears in the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, the About Us page or the help centre, and the footer shows an 18+ badge but no licence seal. The only licence mention is one line of home page text about a “Curacao eGaming License”, with no number, so there is nothing to check with a regulator. Complaints go to support, then to a written complaint answered within 10 days unless the case is complex, then to the complaints page of a casino review site, not a regulator. The governing law is never named, and the company’s decision is final on promotions, bets and winnings. T&C 6.17 promise segregated player funds, which cannot be verified without a named company. For a New Zealand player, the operator is unnamed and complaints go through support and then a review site. See also our gambling law guide and our safe online casinos page.
- Disputes go to
- Support at [email protected] first, then a written complaint to [email protected], answered within 10 days unless the case is complex (T&C 13.4-13.7). T&C 13.8 then link to the complaints page of AskGamblers, a casino review site, not a regulator. Claims are settled under "the applicable Law", which is never named (14.1). The T&C never name the company behind the site

Breaks, limits and the account trap
If you want to slow down, the public pages point to support. The Responsible Gaming page says to contact the support team and “we will exclude you for a while”, with no break periods given, and self-exclusion runs by email to [email protected]. Deposit limits, loss or wager limits and session reminders are not described on the Responsible Gaming page, in the help centre or in the T&C. The help services listed are GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, plus Net Nanny for parental filtering. No New Zealand service is named. Closing an account while money is in it, or while a withdrawal is pending, voids that balance. An account left without a login for 180 days can be charged up to NZ$10 a month.
- ?Deposit limitsNot mentioned on the Responsible Gaming page, in the help centre or in the T&C (T&C 6.5 is the casino setting its own deposit minimums and maximums).
- ?Loss or wager limitsNot mentioned on the public pages.
- ?Session remindersNot mentioned on the public pages.
- ~Cooling-off breakResponsible Gaming page: contact the support team "and we will exclude you for a while"; no break periods are given.
- ~Self-exclusionBy email to [email protected]; the account is closed "as soon as practicable" and you must report any other accounts yourself (Responsible Gaming page, T&C 3.8).
- ~Help services listedGamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, plus Net Nanny for parental filtering. No New Zealand service is named.
Responsible Gaming page, T&C 3.7-3.8 and the help centre, read 11 Oct 2026. The help centre mentions a Responsible Gaming section inside the account profile, which cannot be seen without an account.

What is in the pokies lobby
The lobby is broad. The Providers page lists studios including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Spinomenal, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming and Pragmatic Live. Lobby categories include Megaways, Bonus Buys, Jackpots, Instant Games and Live Games, and bonus money cannot be used on jackpot slots, Slingo or bingo. Pokies, scratch cards and keno count 100% towards wagering, live games, video poker and Plinko count 10%, and table and card games count 0%. No return-to-player figures are published.

Clauses worth reading twice
Ten clauses stood out, eight of them against the player.
No company is named anywhere. The T&C, Privacy Notice, About Us page and help centre never give the operator's name, company number or address, and the footer shows only an 18+ badge, no licence seal. The only licence mention is one line of marketing text on the home page, with no licence number to check.
We’re backed by the Curacao eGaming License and regularly tested for fairness.
Home page text, read 10 and 11 Oct 2026Every deposit has to be played through once before you cash out. If it was not, the casino may cancel all winnings and keep a 10% commission, or 15% if you paid by card or bank transfer.
6.8 Minimum funds rollover before a withdrawal is x1 (one). If the wager of the funds (the amount of placed bets) is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep the commission of 10% (ten percent) (but not less than 1 NZD / 0.5 EUR of the amount of the last deposit as payment expenses, and the 15% (fifteen percent) commission if your account balance has been charged with a bank card or bank transfer.
T&C 6.8, version 1.12 (19.08.2026)A withdrawal can be turned down if you have not wagered at least NZ$40 in the same calendar month, even with no bonus.
The Company reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if you have not met a minimum monthly wagering threshold of 40 NZD / 20 EUR within the calendar month of the withdrawal request.
T&C 6.7, version 1.12 (19.08.2026)The welcome card says 250% up to $4,000 + 150 free spins, but that adds three deposits together. The first deposit gets 150% up to NZ$1,500 + 50 spins, the next two 50% each. The same page asks for a $40 first deposit in its Offer Rules and 20 NZD in clause 2.
The first deposit can activate a 150% deposit bonus up to the maximum amount of 1,500 NZD / 750 EUR and 50 free spins.
Welcome package terms, clause 3, read 11 Oct 2026Whatever you win with a deposit bonus, no more than ten times the bonus reaches your real balance; the rest is removed.
The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus will be equal to 10x the initial bonus amount.
Welcome package terms, clause 18 (the same rule is in every reload), read 11 Oct 2026Close your account while money is still in it, or while a withdrawal is pending, and that money is voided. Withdraw everything first.
In case you want to close your account with a positive balance or/and pending withdrawal requests, all the funds on your account will be voided.
T&C 3.7, version 1.12 (19.08.2026)In any dispute over a promotion, including how winnings and wagering are worked out, the casino's decision is final. T&C 8.5 say the same about bets and winnings.
In the event of any dispute regarding our promotions (including, without limitation, eligibility, use, abuse, fair play, calculation of winnings and wagering requirements) Company’s decision shall be final and non-negotiable.
T&C 7.3, version 1.12 (19.08.2026)Leave the account untouched for six months and a monthly fee starts eating the balance.
Each Month we may charge 10 NZD / 5 EUR as an administration fee while the Account remains Inactive.
T&C 6.18, version 1.12 (19.08.2026)The T&C promise that player money is kept apart from the company's own funds and returned if the business fails. With no company named, nobody outside can check it.
The Company keeps customer funds separate from its own funds in dedicated client bank accounts.
T&C 6.17, version 1.12 (19.08.2026)Our link opens a sign-up window with a third casino option labelled Casino Welcome package. It is not on the promotions page and no terms for it were shown before sign-up, so this review tests the public welcome package instead.

What we could not check
These are the gaps we could not close from public pages.
- We did not deposit or withdraw real money at QuickWin. The payout times on this page are the casino's published figures, not our own timings.
- We did not open an account, so the limit and self-exclusion settings inside the account area were not seen.
- Who runs QuickWin and which licence it holds. No company, company number, address or licence number appears in the T&C, Privacy Notice, About Us page or help centre, and the footer shows only an 18+ badge (10 and 11 Oct 2026). The home page says the site is "backed by the Curacao eGaming License", but with no number and no seal there was nothing to check at a regulator.
- Which payment methods work from New Zealand. The Payments page lists none for New Zealand, in NZD or EUR; the table comes from a general help centre list and the home page, with no New Zealand minimums, payout times or fees.
- The terms of the "Up to $4,500 + 200 FS in 3 bonuses" welcome option in the sign-up window opened by our link. It is not on the promotions page and no terms for it were shown before sign-up.
- The welcome package minimum deposit: the offer page says $40, clause 2 of its terms says 20 NZD. We used NZ$40.
- What the 30x on the two crypto reloads applies to. Their terms do not say whether it is the bonus or the deposit plus the bonus; we assumed the bonus, the reading most favourable to the player.
- The slot and spin value of the welcome free spins are not stated; the reload terms say spins are set to the minimum spin value. The number of spins in the Weekend Crypto Reload appears only on the promotions card.
- Whether the segregated client accounts promised in T&C 6.17 exist; with no company named, this cannot be checked.
- Support response times and how long ID checks take in practice.
Questions we get asked
Who runs QuickWin and is it licensed?
No operator name, company number, address or licence number is published, and the footer carries no licence seal. The home page mentions a “Curacao eGaming License” in one line of marketing text, with no number, so we could not verify it with a regulator.
Is the QuickWin welcome bonus worth taking?
On our NZ$100 test, no. A NZ$150 bonus carries NZ$8,750 of wagering over 10 days, which costs about NZ$250 on average and leaves -NZ$100, and no more than 10x the bonus can be released to your real balance. The reloads and crypto offers test the same way.
Does QuickWin charge fees on withdrawals?
No per-method fee is published, so we cannot say. What is published is a 10% commission the casino may keep if a deposit was not wagered once, or 15% for card and bank transfer deposits, plus up to NZ$10 a month on an inactive account.
How long do QuickWin withdrawals take?
The published figure is up to 3 business days to process a request, with finance staff working 6 AM-5 PM GMT on weekdays, plus another 3-5 business days for a bank transfer to arrive. Those are the casino’s own numbers; we did not withdraw, so we have no timings of our own to add.
